  1. Talk to Zhuang Fangyi
  2. (Optional) Talk to Lifeng
  3. Meet Up with Mi Fu
  4. Go to Fangxing Avenue

Talk to Zhuang Fangyi

Endfield - Where Friendship Was Made 1

The quest will start where the Endministrator wakes up and talks to Zhuang Fangyi. They will discuss a little about what happened in the Tremors of the Crashing Tide and help with surveying the post-battle situation of the city.

Endfield - Where Friendship Was Made 2

Head to the Residential Area within Wuling City and find Lifeng in a Clinic. You find out that he's been helping bring the wounded there and that he also suffered a minor injury himself.

Meet Up with Mifu

Endfield - Where Friendship Was Made 3

Near the Clinic, meet up with Mifu, who asks how Zhuang Fangyi is faring. Zhuang Fangyi herself checks in on Mi Fu and the residents.

Go to Fangxing Avenue

Endfield - Where Friendship Was Made 4

Head to Fangxing Avenue, where the group meets with Da Pan.

Later, a member of the Yinglung Special Task Force reports about the fleeing enemies, and you visit Arcane, who's in a special room in the Main Pillar. Finish the cutscenes to clear the quest!

In this mission, you can also talk to several NPCs, such as the guy in glasses by the pillar or the chief doctor of the clinic near Lifeng
