How to Unlock Should We Meet Again
Meet the Requirements for Sunny Summer Fontinalia
You must complete the Song of the Dragon and Freedom quest and Reach Adventure Rank 20 in order to gain access to the quest and the event itself!
Recommended Quests
It is highly recommended to complete the Truth Amongst the Pages of Purana Quest first before starting Should We Meet Again as some of the events that occured in the former are referenced during the latter.

Should We Meet Again Walkthrough
Go to Fontaine
Once you have met the requirements for the quest, Paimon will immediately tell you to visit Fontaine for the film festival. Go to Fontaine to see the festivities, and you will see Chiori and Furina talking with Xavier.
Go to The Wingalet
After talking with Chiori, Furina, and the others, you'll be asked to go to The Wingalet for the filming. Teleport to the Wingalet, and Wriothesley will ask you to talk to the current captain to ask for permission to film.
Negotiate With The Captain
Head inside the Wingalet and you'll find Citlali. Talk to her, and she'll bring you to the room where the captain is. The captain turns out to be Sandrone. After the dialogue, she'll ask you to accompany her underwater to search for her past home.
Go Underwater With Sandrone
You'll be transported to the Beryl Region. Sandrone will ask you to catch some fish for the aquarium in the Wingalet, so approach the underwater creatures and catch them to proceed. After catching them, Sandrone will ask you to go back to land.
Return to The Wingalet
After talking with Sandrone back on land, teleport back to the Wingalet. You'll be greeted by Furina, Chiori, Columbina, and the others. After the dialogue, head to the Wingalet's deck for the filming of the first scene.
Set Up The Film Lighting
Approach the arrows and place the lighting of your choice. Once you're done, interact with the Kamera and finish the placement to proceed. Once done, approach another arrow, place a lighting, and complete it at the Kamera.
It does not matter where the lighting is located and what type of light you choose. After placing the two lightings will progress the quest.
