How to Unlock Truth Amongst the Pages of Purana
Complete the Darkness Looming Quest
Truth Amongst the Pages of Purana unlocks automatically after completing A Tower Unto Wisdom and Folly Archon Quest, which is the first part of the Of Myriad Paths Flux and Dissolution Archon Questline.

Truth Amongst the Pages of Purana Walkthrough
Head to the Entrance to King Deshret's Mausoleum
Go to the netrance of the mausoleum to regroup with everyone and start your plan on retaking Sumeru City. A long cutscene will play shortly after approaching Nahida.
Head to the Port
After the long cutscene, use Cyno, Candace, and Dehya to get throught the enemies to head over to the port below Sumeru City to help the other mercenaries enter the city.
Take Control of Sumeru City
Once the other mercenaries have entered the city, continue wiping out the enemies with Cyno, Candace, and Dehya.
Enter the Sanctuary of Surasthana by Stealth
While the others are handling the majority of the Fatui, Traveler, Wanderer, and Tighnari tries to enter the Sanctuary of Surasthana, on the side.
Connect to Irminsul
Once the Sanctuary of Surasthana has been reached, the Traveler and Wanderer successfully enters the Irminsul to find Dottore.
Explore Irminsul
Follow the path towards you and keep going forward. You will encounter obstacles, but they can all be solved by using Wanderer's Elemental Skill. The red moving shields can be temporarily destroyed by attacking them.
Once you've reached the very end, a cutscene will occur where Nicole will try to help you explore Irminsul further.

Follow Nicole's Guidance
The red doors that can'be opened by Wanderer can be opened by following Nicole around Irminsul. Nicole will be the glowig white orb floating around and guiding you to the right path until you find Dottore's location.
Evade the Pursuit
Towards the end of following Nicole, there you will need to control Traveler and escape the danger running behind you. You will need run away from it while dodging obstacles.
Defeat the Opponent
During the first fight against Dottore, you won't be able to beat him. All you need to do is wait for the dialogues in the background to finish and a cutscene will occur.
Do note that if your character's HP reaches zero during this battle, they will instantly be revived no matter how many times your characters faints.
Defeat the Opponents
After the cutscene, your party will have Nahida to help defeat Dottore. But you can fully defeat him yet. At a certain HP, a cutscene will occur where Nahida will activate her Elemental Burst and disappear for a short while.
And again, if your character's HP reaches zero during this battle, they will instantly be revived no matter how many times your characters faints.
Defeat Your Opponents With Everything That You've Got
During this battle, you can finally defeat Dottore. Use Wanderer and Traveler's combine Elemental Burst to deal maximum damage against the boss. Afterward, a long cutscene will occur showing Dottore's past, all of his clones, his death, and his deal with Regrator.
During this final fight, if your character's HP reaches zero during this battle, they will instantly be revived no matter how many times your characters faints.

Part of the Of Myriad Paths Flux and Dissolution
The Truth Amongst the Pages of Purana is the third subquest of the Of Myriad Paths Flux and Dissolution, Song of the Welking Moon Act 10 Archon Quest.
Note that the Of Myriad Paths Flux and Dissolution changes name into the Truth Amongst the Pages of Purana after completing the first subquest, Darkness Looming.
