| Strengths | |||
|---|---|---|---|
|
• Eula's Grimheart mechanic prevents her from getting interrupted, allowing you to forego a shielder. • Incredibly high scalings and decent AoE range on her Elemental Burst, giving her the opportunity to one-shot content. • Elemental Skill deals reduce enemy's Physical and Cyro Resistance, and stacks with an Elemental Reaction like Superconduct. |
|||
| Weaknesses | |||
|
• Huge damage loss if her Elemental Burst misses or doesn't crit. • High Energy Cost for her Elemental Burst. • Long Cooldown on her Elemental Skill (Hold). • Physical Damage Teams face a lot of challenges to be able to clear out content, which makes Eula a Niche character and requires significant investment and planning. |

An alternate Shatter-based team for Eula. |
|||
The Pale Flame build for Eula is synergistic for activating the artifact set bonus, as she can get a total of 50% Physical DMG and 18% ATK with this set alone.
Alternatively, Eula can run a mix of Pale Flame and Bloodstained Chivalry at a similar effect. Depending on your substats, this can outperform 4-piece Pale Flame.
| Stat | Goal Value |
|---|---|
| ATK | 2,100+ |
| CRIT DMG | 175% or above |
| CRIT Rate | 70 ~ 80% |
Eula wants to have as much CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG as possible, as most of her damage will primarily come from her since Superconduct only reduces enemy RES most of the time.

|---|---|---|
| Elemental Burst | Normal Attack | Elemental Skill |
A huge chunk of Eula's Damage comes from her Elemental Burst and should be the talent to level up first. This is followed by his Normal Attack and Elemental Skill, which should also be prioritized as a Main DPS.
Due to Eula's unique way of dealing damage, weapons like the Song of Broken Pines are the best since they specifically improve on her strengths by giving her Physical Attacks more damage.
Otherwise, general CRIT weapons like Beacon of the Reed Sea and Serpent Spine can help with her damage despite not directly affecting her Physical DMG bonus, but instead affecting all of her damage as a whole.
| Best Weapons for Eula | |

| Best-in-Slot | Song of Broken Pines Song of Broken Pines Base ATK: 741 Bonus Stat: Physical DMG 20.7% Skill Effect: Increases ATK by 16%. Buffs of the same type won’t stack. The same buffs from the Millennial Movement series does not stack. |
| Eula's best option by a large margin due to it specifically affecting her Physical DMG. Due to the secondary stat of this weapon, near-immaculate rolls on your artifacts are required to maximize the output of this weapon. |
|
| Best Alt | Gest of the Mighty Wolf Gest of the Mighty Wolf Base ATK: 608 Bonus Stat: CRIT Rate 33.1% Skill Effect: Increase ATK SPD by 10%. Every time the equipping character's Normal Attack(s) hit opponent(s)/casts their Elemental Skill/performs Charged Attack(s), gain 1/2/2 stacks of Four Winds' Hymn respectively: DMG dealt is increased by 7.5% for 4s. Max 4 stacks. This effect can be triggered once every 0.01s. Additionally, when the party has the "Hexerei: Secret Rite" effect, each stack of Four Winds' Hymn will increase the CRIT DMG of the equipping character by 7.5%. |
| A CRIT stick providing more than just passive stats, and especially improves Attack Speed, which Eula particularly welcomes. Also accounts for some of Eula's lacking CRIT DMG if Hexerei: Secret Rite is enabled. However, this is a difficult condition to fulfill due to the lack of Hexerei members that support Superconduct. |
|
| CRIT Alt | Beacon of the Reed Sea Beacon of the Reed Sea Base ATK: 608 Bonus Stat: CRIT Rate 33.1% Skill Effect: After the character's Elemental Skill hits an opponent, their ATK will be increased by 20% for 8s. After the character takes DMG, their ATK will be increased by 20% for 8s. The 2 aforementioned effects can be triggered even when the character is not on the field. Additionally, when not protected by a shield, the character's Max HP will be increased by 32%. |
| CRIT stat stick that also further buffs the shred done by your Elemental Skill by also giving you bonus ATK. Also provides a small amount of survivability by increasing your HP when a shielder is not present. |
|
| 4-Star | Serpent Spine Serpent Spine Base ATK: 510 Bonus Stat: CRIT Rate 27.6% Skill Effect: Every 4s a character is on the field, they will deal 6% more DMG and take 3% more DMG. This effect has a maximum of 5 stacks and will not be reset if the character leaves the field, but will be reduced by 1 stack when the character takes DMG. |
| 4-Star all-rounder option that helps with Eula's damage. Rewards her for staying on-field longer and is a great option if survivability is not an issue. | |
| F2P (Crafted) | Snow-Tombed Starsilver Snow-Tombed Starsilver Base ATK: 565 Bonus Stat: Physical DMG 34.5% Skill Effect: Hitting an enemy with Normal and Charged Attacks has a 60% chance of forming and dropping an Everfrost Icicle abve them, dealing 80% AoE ATK DMG. Enemies affected by Cryo are dealt 200% ATK DMG. Can only occur once every 10s. |

Eula greatly welcomes the likes of Pale Flame and Bloodstained Chivalry due to how well they boost her Physical Damage.
Otherwise, Blizzard Strayer reduces her output but increases her consistency with the CRIT Rate it provides when hitting Cryo-afflicted and Frozen units.

| Best-in-Slot | Pale Flame Pale Flame 2-PC: Physical DMG +25% 4-PC: When an Elemental skill hits an opponent, ATK is increased by 9% for 7s. This effect stacks up to 2 times and can be triggered once every 0.3s. Once 2 stacks are reached, 2-set effect is doubled. |
| Both her best-in-slot as a 4-pc. set, and the first half of a formidable 2-pc. combination that offers Eula the highest increase in Physical DMG. | |
| 2-Pc. Alternative | Bloodstained Chivalry Bloodstained Chivalry 2-PC: Physical DMG +25% 4-PC: After defeating an opponent, increases Charged Attack DMG by 50% and reduces its Stamina cost to 0 for 10s. |

| CRIT Rate Alternative | Blizzard Strayer Blizzard Strayer 2-PC: Cryo DMG Bonus +15% 4-PC: When a character attacks an enemy affected by Cryo, their CRIT Rate is increased by 20%. If the enemy is Frozen, CRIT Rate is increased by an additional 20%. |
| Niche pick for Eula teams that have more Cryo application than Electro, or Freeze teams. The CRIT Rate bonus is welcome since it lets Eula slot more into CRIT DMG. | |

| Stat Priority | ||
|---|---|---|
| Substats: Energy Recharge > CRIT DMG > CRIT Rate > ATK% |
||
| Summary: • Physical DMG Bonus outscales all other options due to how pivotal it is to Eula's damage, especially during her Elemental Burst. • For circlets, CRIT Rate is often preferred over CRIT DMG due to the uncertainty of CRIT Rate sources for Eula. If this is not an issue, slot into CRIT DMG instead. |

List of Artifacts and Set Bonuses
Even until now, Eula fulfills a particular niche of being a Physical DPS in Superconduct teams, but can bring her Physical DMG to other teams.
This is mainly due to Eula's independence since almost all general DMG bonus buffs work on her.
| Eula Superconduct | |||
|---|---|---|---|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Team Summary For the most part, Eula's non-negotiables is that there must be one Electro member in the team, and at least one buffer. Raiden and Mika fit these perfectly, and are almost textbook in her teams. The 4th slot is a toss-up between survivability, in which Zhongli offers that and Physical RES shred, or Furina if you want more overall DMG. |
|||
| Eula Flex | |||
|---|---|---|---|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Team Summary By virtue of being a Cryo character, Eula can uniquely interact with a Hyperbloom team without disrupting the elemental reactions within, letting her slot into it as an independent On-Field driver while her team provides their own damage. Lunar-Charged Alternative She can also serve alongside Columbina and Ineffa specifically for a Lunar-Charged team since both their elemental applications far overshadow Eula's, so she will be able to proc Superconduct when needed, but still allow for the team to trigger Lunar-Charged frequently. |
|||
| Eula Shatter | |||
|---|---|---|---|
|
|
|

|
Team Summary One of Eula's lesser niches and a variation of Freeze. This lets her take advantage of both the Shatter DMG from hitting Frozen opponents and her own Physical DMG, but comes at the cost of having to use Freeze with a non-freeze character. |

| C1 | ★★★ | • Large increase to Eula's Physical DMG every time Elemental Skill(hold) is used. |
| C3 | ★★☆ | • Straight DMG increase to her Elemental Burst. |
Since Eula is primarily a Physical DMG character, unlocking C1 provides a huge overall boost to her DMG. Reaching C3 with her is also beneficial if you count the fact that most of her damage comes from her Burst.

Normal Attack: Favonious Bladework - Edel |
Compared to other Claymore users, Eula's Normal Attacks are quicker. This allows her to deal damage quickly while making her more agile and mobile during combat.
| Icetide Vortex |
|---|
| Sharp frost, swift blade. Press Slashes swiftly, dealing Cryo DMG. When it hits an opponent, Eula gains a stack of Grimheart that stacks up to 2 times. These stacks can only be gained once every 0.3s. Hold Attack: Wielding her sword, Eula consumes all the stacks of Grimheart and lashes forward, dealing AoE Cryo DMG to opponents in front of her. If Grimheart stacks are consumed, surrounding opponents will have their Physical RES and Cryo RES decreased. Each consumed stack of Grimheart will be converted into an Icewhirl Brand that deals Cryo DMG to nearby opponents. Grimheart: Increases Eula's resistance to interruption and DEF. Flavor Text: “So the waves roiled, swallowing the crown of the nobles. And ever after did each drop amidst the icy waves reflect a golden crown, each and every droplet of the spray shining with its light.” |

Elemental Skill: Icetide Vortex |
Eula's Elemental Skill, Icetide Vortex, can be pressed or charged, providing more options in combat. Pressing her Skill deals Cryo DMG, and gives her a stack of Grimheart. This increases her DEF and RES to interruption, allowing her to continue attacking without the risk of getting knocked down.
Holding her skill, on the other hand, consumes Grimheart and deals Cryo DMG to nearby enemies. This also lowers their Physical and Cryo RES, helping you deal more DMG.

To fully utilize Eula's Elemental Skill, follow this combo!
| Elemental Skill - Normal Attack Combo | |
|---|---|
| 1 | Start by Tapping her Elemental Skill to stack the first Grimheart. |
| 2 | Use her Normal Attacks. |
| 3 | Tap her Elemental Skill when it's back to stack the second Grimheart. |
| 4 | Continue using her Normal Attack. |
| 5 | Hold her Elemental Skill to deal AoE Physical DMG! |
| Glacial Illumination |
|---|
| Brandishes her greatsword, dealing Cryo DMG to nearby opponents and creating a Lightfall Sword that follows her around for a duration of up to 7s. While present, the Lightfall Sword increases Eula's resistance to interruption. When Eula's own Normal Attack, Elemental Skill, and Elemental Burst deal DMG to opponents, they will charge the Lightfall Sword, which gain an energy stack once every 0.1s.
Once its duration ends, the Lightfall sword will descend and explode violently, dealing Physical DMG to nearby opponents. This DMG scales on the number of energy stacks the Lightfall Sword has accumulated. If Eula leaves the field, the Lightfall Sword will explode immediately. Flavor Text: It is easy to sink. But even so, she desires to freeze this oncoming tide. |
| Attribute | Effect (Lvl 1) |

| Lightfall Sword Base DMG | 367.0% |
| DMG Per Stack | 75.0% |
| Maximum Stacks | 30 |
| CD | 20.0s |

Elemental Burst: Glacial Illumination |
Eula's Elemental Burst, Glacial Illumination, is her main burst damage source. Upon dealing DMG using her Normal Attack, Elemental Skill, and Burst will charge her Lightfall Sword and explode once the duration ends. Her Elemental Burst also increases her Physical DMG, allowing her to deal even more damage to enemies
Note that if you cast Eula's Elemental Burst and switch to another character, the Lightfall Sword will immediately explode.
| Roiling Rime |
|---|
| If 2 stacks of Grimheart are consumed upon unleashing the Holding Mode of Icetide Vortex, a Shattered Lightfall Sword will be created that will explode immediately, dealing 50% of the basic Physical DMG dealt by a Lightfall Sword created by Glacial Illumination. |
| Wellspring of War-Lust |
|---|
| When Glacial Illumination is cast, the CD of Icetide Vortex is reset and Eula gains 1 stack of Grimheart. |
| Aristocratic Introspection |
|---|
| When Eula crafts Character Talent Materials, she has a 10% chance to receive double the product. |
