Valeriy Kit and How to Use

Consumes Impact Momentum to Buff Electro or Stellar-Conduct DMG

Valeriy has the ability to generate Impact Momentum from his attacks with his Ascension Talent. Once he reaches 40 Impact Momentum, he will consume all of them to activate his special Charged Attack that will buff Electro or Stellar-Conduct DMG, depending on whether he's in the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state or not.

Elemental Skill Will Grant a Teamwide Shield

Valeriy will deal AoE Electro DMG by charging forward and will deploy a Supercharged Shield upon doing so. The shield is teamwide and will scale off of Valeriy's ATK.

Activating his Elemental Skill will give him Impact Momentum for his buffs.

Elemental Burst is Periodic Electro DMG

When using his Elemental Burst, Valeriy will summon Thunderburst Shells from the sky. These Shells are considered Electro DMG and will periodically rain down over the span of 12 seconds.

Using his Burst will grant him Impact Momentum for his buffs as well.

Earn Extra Rewards When Dispatched in Snezhnaya

Valeriy can earn more rewards when he is dispatched in areas of Snezhnaya during an expedition. This does not include Nod-Krai, however.

Genshin Impact - Alyosha ImageAlyosha The first time I met Valeriy, he blocked my path and turned me away from the Armory Palace, listing off some article of some regulation or other that said I wasn't allowed to approach... I mean, I was sneaking around with a hunting rifle no less, so I was surprised the guy didn't arrest me on the spot. In fact, I was expecting to have to fight him off, but instead, I gained a new contact at the Armory. Not a bad turn of events. Honestly, we think alike in a lot of ways. So now that we've established a clear boundary, as long as it isn't crossed, we get along great.
Genshin Impact - Odette ImageOdette Major Valeriy is a Fatui officer who's very strict about keeping things on schedule. I've heard he commands with a level-headed disposition that can also come off as quite terrifying... But we belong to different divisions, so we rarely have a chance to interact. Besides... I don't need anyone to remind me what I should be doing.
