Standard Banner is Always Available

Wanderlust Invocation is the Standard Banner, which means it's permanently available throughout the game. Unlike Epitome Invocation and the Character Banner, you can wish on this banner anytime you want!

The 10th and 90th wish guarantee only applies if you haven't gotten a 4-star or 5-star wish before reaching the respective required number.
Genshin - Event Wish-2 GuideEvent Wish-2 System Two Character Event Wish banners are available at the same time and share one Wish Counter.

Should You Pull Wanderlust Invocation?

You can pull the Wanderlust Invocation when you have excess Acquaint Fate to spare and are done with the Beginner's Wish. There are no rate-ups, however, so we don't recommend spending Primogems to pull from this gacha!
