| The Mysterious Howl Crew |
・Has more allies, with average HP and ATK. ・Has a Ranged type ally that is strong against Flying types. ・Its front line Squad-type is weak to AoE-type. |
||
| Little Fungi Clan |
・Has fewer allies, but has higher HP and ATK. ・All allies are weak against Ranged-type. ・The front line's AoE-type are strong against Squad-types. |
||
In match 1, the matchup between The Mysterious Howl Crew and Little Fungi Clan is well balanced. The outcome of this match can be either how fast the Howl Crew can defeat the tanky Fungi or how the Fungi Clan's AoE attacks can quickly deplete the whole Howl Crew's numerous squad.

| Frostarm and Shaman Formation |
・Has more allies, with high HP and ATK. ・Has a Melee-type ally that is strong against a Ranged-type. ・Its two AoE-type allies are weak to Single-Target types. |
||
| Saurians Are the Cutest |
・Has only one ally, with a very high HP and ATK. ・A Ranged-type is weak against a Melee-type. ・Its Single-Target type is strong against AoE-types. |
||
The Match 2 in the Round of 16 - Group A, between Frostarm and Shaman Formation and Saurians Are the Cutest, looks pretty one-sided. The Frostarm group are being the favored to win, however, the high HP, ATK, and agile skill of the one ally of the Saurians might be enough to turn the fight around into their favor.

| Elemental Dye Experts |
・Has Flying and Melee-type allies. ・Has three elemental Specters that has single-target and AoE attacks. ・The three Flying-type Specters are strong against the high HP Hydro Mimic. |
||
| Mirror Fruity Order |
・Has a lot more allies, consisting of 10 Ranged and 1 Melee-type. ・Ranged-type allies are strong against the Flying-type Specters. ・The front line's are weak to AoE-types. |
||
Round of 16 - Group B Match 1 is very hard to predict, given that the outcome depends on whether the Specter and Hydro Mimic can defeat all the Ranged Treasure Hoarders with their AoE attacks, or whether the Ranged Treasure Hoarders overwhelm the Specters.
| Match 2 | |||

| Unofficial Blazing Beasts Members |
・Has more allies, given that they can summon two additional units on the field. ・Has more type advantages, their 2 Melee allies are strong against the 3 Ranged-types on the other side. ・Their two AoE-type allies are weak to Single-Target types. |
||
| Rude-a-Lot, Hats-a-Not |
・Has less allies, but has a buffer on the field that enhances ATK and heals all allies based on its HP. ・Three allies performs a rocket barrage immediately upon entering the field. ・All allies are weak against Melee-types. |
||
Match 2 of the Round of 16 - Group B is a heated battle between summoners and a rocket barrage team with a buffer that supports them. The Blazing Beasts can summon two additional units on the field, but their summoners can be stunned for a short while if those summons are defeated. They also have an elemental advantage with the different elemental attacks each of their units can perform.
On the other hand, the Meks of the Rude-a-Lot can perform homing missile attacks while their buffer continuously increases their attack and heals them. The outcome comes down if the Meks focus on the Eremite summoners to stun them in place and gain the advantage or Meks' Single-Target type makes them attack different enemies and gives the Eremites time to defeat the Mek buffer.

| Seahorse and Crab |
・Whole team has a higher overall ATK. ・Every unit has an elemental shield that acts as an armor. ・All allies are weak to Melee-types. |
||
Round of 16 - Group C Match 1, between the Fatui and Fontaine Sea Creatures, is well-matched against each other. The Fatui have high HP and attack immediately upon entering the field. The Fontaine Sea Creatures have higher overall ATK and elemental armor.
The outcome of this match comes down to whether the tanky Fatui can withstand the high ATK power of the Fontaine Sea Creatures, or whether the elemental shield of the Seahorse and Crab gives them the slight advantage against the immediate attacks of the Fatui.

| A Little Chubby Crisis |
・Has more allies, but has less HP and ATK. ・Most allies are weak to the AoE-type of the opposing team. ・The Single-Target type Geo Slime at the back is strong against both AoE-types of the enemy team. |
||
| Consecrated Beast Frightfest |
・Has less allies, but has higher HP and ATK. ・Attacks immediately upon entering the field. ・Being AoE-types, they are strong against Squad-types. |
||
A Little Chubby Crisis vs. Consecrated Beast Frightfest of Round of 16 - Group C Match 2 is kind of a David versus Goliath matchup between Slimes and Consecrated Beasts. The Slimes have strength in numbers, while the Consecrated Beasts have higher HP and ATK.
The possible ending to this matchup boils down to whether the Consecrated Beasts burst the entire group of Slimes with their immediate attacks, or the Slimes can overwhelm the Consecrated Beasts with their massive squad.

| What Does the Ninken Say? |
・Frontlines are both Ranged and Melee-types. ・Swiftshadow Ninken unit can perform a powerful AoE plunging after it defeats an opponent. ・All allies are weak against Melee-types. |
||
| Simple-Soul Hilichurl Fighters |
・Has more allies, consisting of 12 Melee-types and 6 Ranged-types. ・Has slight unit placement advantage due to the Ranged Hilichurls placed behind the enemy's frontlines. ・Melee-type units are strong against Ranged-types. |
||
What Does the Ninken Say? vs. Simple-Soul Hilichurl Fighters of Round of 16 - Group D Match 1 feels like an ambushed ninja situation, where the Hilichurls box in the Nobushi.
The answer to this match comes down to whether the Ninken can fend off the Hilichurls that are behind its front lines first and defeat the rest of the Hilichurls with its AoE attacks later, or the Hilichurls has the unit placement advantage and strength in numbers.

| Ultra-Ancient Heavy Assault Formation |
・Has less allies, but has higher HP and ATK. ・Has placement advantage due to the two Ruin Guards standing in the middle of the Slimes. ・Cannot use their spinning attack moves due to some restrictions. ・All allies are Melee and AoE-types, which are strong against Ranged and Squad-types, respectively. |
||
| Round-and-Frost Assault |
・Has more allies, but has lower HP and ATK. However, their Cryo units have Cryo shields. ・Can freeze the opponents due ot the Hydro and Cryo Slimes' elemental attacks. ・All units are weak against Melee and AoE-types. |
||
Ultra-Ancient Heavy Assault Formation vs. Round-and-Frost Assault is a very close match to predict in the Round of 16 - Group C Match 2. The Ruin Guards have higher HP and ATK, but they can't use their signature spinning attacks. The Slimes have less HP and ATK, but they have more allies on the field.
The answer to this match can either be that the Ruin Guards can burst the Squad-type Slimes with their AoE attacks, or the Slimes can freeze the Ruin Guards in place with their Hydro and Cryo attacks, which gives them time to attack the Ruin Guards while they are immobilized.

| Saurians Are the Cutest |
・Has a single-target Ranged-type unit with extremely high HP and ATK. ・Can deal both Hydro and Cryo DMG, with an additional Physical DMG attack against frozen ground targets. |
||
| Little Fungi Clan |
・Has six Flying-type units that can attack enemies in the air and on the ground. ・Has multiple AoE attackers that can hit several enemies at once. ・Can immobilize weaker enemies with Hydro bubbles. |
||
In Quarterfinals - Group A Match 1, Saurians Are the Cutest has the advantage because Sappho's Ranged-type attacks can reach the Flying-type Fungi, allowing her to deal damage despite their aerial positioning. However, her Iceshatter Strike will be impossible to trigger since all six Fungi are Flying-type units.
Meanwhile, Little Fungi Clan has the advantage in numbers, with six units capable of dealing damage from the air and AoE attacks that can hit multiple times. Their combined attacks and Hydro bubbles may overwhelm Sappho before she can defeat all six Fungi.

||
| Mirror Fruity Order |
・Has multiple squad-based units, with each squad consisting of 3 members. ・Has AoE Ranged-type units that deal Pyro DMG and leave burning zones that inflict continuous damage. ・Can deal both Melee and Ranged attacks. |
||
| Unofficial Blazing Beasts Members |
・Has units with higher individual HP. ・Has two Eremites that summon Spirits of Omen to fight alongside them. ・Has a mix of AoE and Single-Target attackers that deal Anemo, Pyro, Cryo, and Hydro DMG. |
||
Quarterfinals - Group A Match 2, between Mirror Fruity Order and Unofficial Blazing Beasts Members, favors the Eremites because their higher HP makes them harder to eliminate. The Treasure Hoarders have more units, but their lower individual HP may leave them vulnerable to the Eremites' attacks.
The Eremites also have two summoned Spirits of Omen to help deal damage, giving them more offensive pressure as the fight progresses. If the Treasure Hoarders can't bring down their opponents early, the Eremites may outlast them with their sturdier units and additional attackers.

||
In Quarterfinals - Group B Match 1, Reserve Grenadier Squad has a clear advantage over the slimes because their innate elemental abilities work well against them in this match. The Cannonier and Grenadier in particular can potentially wipe out the slimes' front row with their AoE capabilities.
However, it is important to note that the Slimes has the number advantage due to them being a squad type. They could very well overwhelm the Fatui before they can set up their attacks.

||
Quarterfinals - Group B Match 2 favors the Round-and-Frost Assault team due to them being a squad-type enemies that can overwhelm the Kikouban’s ability to attack from range. Moreover, the Cryo Slime’s shield could render the Kikouban’s attacks useless for the most part.
That being said, it is evident from the previous match that Taroumaru was involved; we can see that they can dodge attacks with relative ease. However, the Slimes can freeze their enemies with their Hydro and Cryo Attacks. It all boils down if Taroumaru can quickly destroy the slimes before they can freeze them.

・Extremely dangerous AoE attack that can extinguish groups of enemies ・Can deal both Hydro and Cryo DMG, with an additional Physical DMG attack against frozen ground targets. |

In this first match for the Semifinals, from what we've seen of her matches, Sappho may likely overcome the Treasure Hoarders with her water volleys and frost mists. While she's surrounded by all of them, she can just skate through with her waveboard and avoid all the ground AoEs the Treasure Hoarers may throw at her.
Treasure Hoarders may win if Sappho somehow decides to stay still. The unpredictability of this event can surprise us after all!

||
| What Does the Ninken Say? |
・Swiftshadow Ninken unit can perform a powerful AoE plunging, but it needs to defeat an opponent before it's able to. ・All allies are weak against most Melee-types. |
||
Semifinals Match 2 seemingly favors Wislawa's Fatui troupe once more. The Swiftshadow Ninken's side is countered by all of Wislawa's allies, and they attack a bit slower compared to the Fatui's constant barrage of attacks.
The dog will only be at an advantage if it's able to defeat at least one of them, as it will unleash its dangerous plunging attacks that carried its initial victory back then.

||
In the 3rd place match, the Swiftshadow Ninken may overcome the Treasure Hoarders with its AoE Electro plunging attack and defeat the Treasure Hoarder groups all at once. The Treasure Hoarders may win if they can utilize their AoE Pyro attacks against the Nobushi frontlines and Ninken.

For the Championship match, Sappho may likely overcome the Fatui with her water volleys and frost mists. While she's surrounded by all of them, she can just skate through with her waveboard and avoid all the ground Fatui's attacks.
On the other hand, Wislawa's Fatui troupe delivers a steady barrage of attacks, and with only one target, it becomes even more dangerous. The outcome will come down to whether Sappho can dodge all the Fatui's attacks, or the Fatui can land all their attacks on Sappho before she freezes them all in place.

Predictive Victory Dynamics is a prediction-based event where you wager Victory Emblems on the team you think will win simulated battles. Instead of directly controlling units, you analyze both teams and predict the outcome to earn Prediction Scores.

We can only assume the possibilities of the outcome of each match, however, there are no guarantees on who will win. Whether you win or lose, you still gain points and rewards, so that technically puts you in a win-win situation.
The best thing to do is to bet half of the victory emblems on each of the two matches. Then, analyze each unit's combat skill, the placement of each unit on the field, and the types of each unit, to learn their strengths and weaknesses.

Observe both teams' lineups and starting positions before making your prediction. Select a unit's avatar to check its ATK, Max HP, and combat skills.
Compare each team's unit count and favorable Unit Type and Attack Type matchups to identify its advantages and disadvantages. Remember that both teams will continuously lose HP after a certain amount of time has passed in battle.

Each unit type has strengths and weaknesses against other types. Ranged is strong against Melee, Melee is strong against Fly, and Fly is strong against Ranged.
Attack types also counter one another: Squad is strong against Single-Target, Single-Target is strong against AoE, and AoE is strong against Squad. Compare both teams' counter matchups to identify which team has the advantage and is more likely to win.

Each team's Support Rate changes dynamically based on the total Victory Emblems committed by all participating players and locks 4 hours before the round ends.
A lower final Support Rate gives you a higher Score Multiplier if your predicted team wins. If your predicted team loses, each Victory Emblem you committed grants a fixed 10 points instead. However, a higher Support Rate does not necessarily mean a higher chance of winning.

Before each battle, you will receive a certain number of Victory Emblems to commit to your chosen team. You have a 24-hour real-time prediction period to assign any number of your available Victory Emblems to the team you think will win.

You can also withdraw your assigned Victory Emblems and change your prediction at any time before the deadline.

After placing your prediction, check back the next day to view the battle results and see how many Prediction Score points you earned. You can also replay the simulated battle to review the outcome.
