How to Get Disenchantment in Deep Shadows
Obtain From the Thorny Crown of the Mountain Wind Domain
Disenchantment in Deep Shadows can be obtained from the Thorny Crown of the Mountain Wind Domain in Mondstadt, an artifact domain in the north side of Millhaven in Windrest Peak.
Teleport to the Statue of the Seven and go south a bit until you see a waterfall. There's going to be an Harpasta at the top of the waterfall for you to transform into a Plume Moth to get up. Afterwards, go west until you encounter the domain.
Along with the other artifact sets, Celestial Gift, they are the new artifacts introduced in Version 6.6 Luna VII!

You can get a maximum of 4 bonus substats on any individual artifact piece by enhancing it. The bonus stats you get will be random and will not include the artifact's main stat.
Once a 5-star artifact has 4 substats, every 4 levels of enhancement will upgrade one of the available substats randomly. You can get a total of 4-5 substat upgrades.
