Best Free Characters

Cryo Traveler is the best free to play character as of Version 7.0, as they are a great F2P Cryo DPS that can utilize the Stellar Glimmer reactions. Xiangling is the next best F2P character to level up as she is one of the best Sub-DPS units thanks to her strong Elemental Burst DMG and easy Pyro Application.

Pyro Traveler, Aino, and Collei provides off-field Pyro, Hydro, and Dendro application respectively and are usually the go-to when you need a reliable support.
