This Mika build has him use the Noblesse Oblige to further buff his teammates when he uses his Elemental Burst. Focus on providing him the required Energy Recharge that will let him use his Elemental Burst off cooldown based on your team comp.
If you already have a party member using the Noblesse Oblige set or don't need the ATK% buff that it provides, you can instead equip Mika with a Healing Bonus and HP% artifact set for more healing.
Mika's healing is definitely not enough to let you face-tank certain attack combos, so commit to using dashes to avoid big damage when you can.

For Talent priority, focus on increasing Mika's Elemental Skill since it improves the ATK Speed buff it provides. Next should be his Elemental Burst for more healing, while leaving his Normal Attacks for last.

How to Play Mika
Elemental Skill - Soulwind State
When Mika uses his Elemental Skill, he will attack with his crossbow and grant all nearby characters with Soulwind, which increases their ATK SPD while on the field.
If Mika's Elemental Skill hits more than one opponent, the Soulwind state will grant Detector effect, which gives additional 10% Physical DMG per enemy hit (Max of 3 enemies at C0).
Elemental Burst
When Mika uses his Elemental Burst, he will heal all nearby party members and grant them the Eagleplume state.
The Eagleplume state works similar to Qiqi's Elemental Burst, which lets the attacking character regenerate HP when they perform Normal Attacks against opponents!
Passive Talent - Mondstadt Local Specialty
Mika can display the location of nearby Mondstadt Local Specialties on the Mini-map, similar to Klee's passive talent!

Anonymous 5 monthsIt’s been a while since they changed it, but Mika’s charged attack is now 25 stamina cost rather than 20. Still don’t know why this happened? Maybe they mistook him for a sword user before?
