As a Main DPS The baseline for Mizuki has increased to C2 due to her more accessible nature from the 7.1 anniversary and the free Constellation from the To Temper Thyself event. She is considered on-par with Vesna C0 on her release despite Mizuki being released a year earlier, and has scaled exceptionally well with the growth of Stellar-Swirl, able to surpass even the likes of Zibai in her current best teams. For this reason, Mizuki is raised to SS to reflect her scaling power as not just a Stellar-Swirl unit, but a standard character soaring high beyond what was expected of them. |

Mizuki Ascension and Talent Materials
| Strengths | |||
|---|---|---|---|
|
• Radiance: Stellar-Swirl raises her damage floor and ceiling by giving her access to Stellar-Swirl, an incredibly powerful variant of Cryo Swirl. • Easy-to-use on-field driver for Swirl comps who also sustains, and generally the best-in-slot for such comps at higher constellations in terms of DPS, especially as a Standard Character. • Relatively easier to build as she only needs Elemental Mastery and Energy Recharge. • Team-wide buff that increases Swirl damage dealt to opponents, which can be great for dual-Anemo team comps. • Constellations are great to lose your 50/50 on. |
|||
| Weaknesses | |||
|
• Cannot use Normal Attack while on her Elemental Skill, disallowing her to use characters who require Normal Attacks to proc their off-field attacks like Xingqiu and Yelan. • Elemental Burst halves its effects if the active character has more or less than 70% HP, and only gets fixed with C4. Her Elemental Burst heal is also single target. • Requires characters to run and pick up her Elemental Burst's Special Snack which can get tedious especially if Mizuki is not your on-field driver. |
As of recent, Mizuki is most played with Stellar-Swirl in mind, still building Elemental Mastery to improve her damage, but being placed into Stellar teams instead.
Focus on getting as much Elemental Mastery as possible while still having Energy Recharge to charge her Elemental Bust. You won't need any other stats on her, so she's relatively simpler to build.

| Mizuki as an on-field driver for Stellar-Swirl. |
Alternate Hexerei-enabled Overload team for Nicole. |
|||
Yumemizuki Mizuki is mainly built with Elemental Mastery to boost all of her Swirls. In Stellar-Swirl teams, Mizuki wants an EM/EM/CRIT setup to maximize her damage. The reason why you will want CRIT on Circlet because Stellar-Swirl can crit for the damage dealt with it.
In general teams where she drives the reaction, EM/EM/EM is the go to properly make use of her Swirls.
| 1st | 2nd | 3rd |
|---|---|---|
| Elemental Skill | Elemental Burst | Normal Attack |
Due to the auto-targeting potential of Mizuki's Elemental Skill and its Swirl DMG increase, we max this out first as it will likely make up a big bulk of her damage.
Afterwards, level her Elemental Burst as it increases the healing provided by her Burst. Her Normal Attack can be levelled up if you are frequently using Mizuki's Normal Attacks for Swirling when her Elemental Skill is on cooldown.
Mizuki benefits from a weapon like Sunny Morning Sleep-In due to the Elemental Mastery bonuses that it provides as that directly impacts her damage and healing.
Alternatively, other EM weapons such as A Thousand Floating Dreams and the event weapon, Etherlight Spindlelute are viable options that can increase her damage further.

Elemental Mastery increases by 96 for 9s after the wielder's Elemental Skill hits an opponent. Elemental Mastery increases by 32 for 30s after the wielder's Elemental Burst hits an opponent. |
| Yumemizuki Mizuki's signature weapon and best-in-slot. Massively increases her Elemental Master, which in turn, her personal damage and the reaction that she's driving. | |
| Alternative | A Thousand Floating Dreams A Thousand Floating Dreams Base ATK: 542 Bonus Stat: Elemental Mastery 265 Skill Effect: Equipping Character gains buffs based on other party members' elemental type. If their elemental type is the same as the equipping character, Elemental Mastery is increased by 32. If not, the equipping character's elemental DMG Bonus is increased by 10%. Each effect can stack by a maximum of 3. All nearby party members will also gain an additional 40 Elemental Mastery. |
| Incredible EM stat stick for Mizuki. This weapon can buff her teammates as well, not just Mizuki. | |
| Alt. for Stellar-Swirl | Reliquary of Truth Reliquary of Truth Base ATK: 542 Bonus Stat: CRIT DMG 88.2% Skill Effect: CRIT Rate is increased by 8%. When the equipping character unleashes an Elemental Skill, they gain the Secret of Lies effect: Elemental Mastery is increased by 80 for 12s. When both the Secret of Lies and Moon of Truth effects are active at the same time, the results of both effects will be increased by 50%. |
| This weapon can provide CRIT DMG, CRIT Rate, and EM, all of which are appreciated in Stellar-Swirl teams. Even outside of Stellar teams, this is still a great alternative to have. |
|
| F2P (Event) | Etherlight Spindlelute Etherlight Spindlelute Base ATK: 510 Bonus Stat: Energy Recharge 45.9% Skill Effect: For 20s after using an Elemental Skill, the equipping character's Elemental Mastery is increased by 100. |
| Mizuki can easily trigger the weapon's effect since she is already an Elemental Skill-focused unit. The Energy Recharge is also appreciated. | |
| F2P (Gacha) | The Widsith The Widsith Base ATK: 510 Bonus Stat: CRIT DMG 55.1% Skill Effect: When a character takes the field, they will gain a random theme song for 10s. | The other two buffs that this weapon can give are practically useless for Mizuki. However, the CRIT DMG and EM buff more than justifies as a decent F2P weapon for Mizuki. | |

With Stellar-Swirl's introduction, Gilded Dreams is now Mizuki's best in slot artifact set, especially if she's the only Anemo unit. Otherwise, the second best thing will be a 2-pc/2-pc EM artifact setup for her personal damage.
Viridescent Venerer is still best for Mizuki's general teams.
| Best Artifact Sets for Yumemizuki Mizuki | |
|---|---|
| Best for Stellar | Gilded Dreams Gilded Dreams 2-PC: Elemental Mastery +80 4-PC: Within 8s of triggering an Elemental Reaction, the character equipping this will obtain buffs based on the Elemental Type of the other party members. ATK is increased by 14% for each member whose Elemental Type is the same as the equipping character, and EM is increased by 50 for every member with a different Elemental Type. Each of the buffs will count up to 3 characters. This effect can be triggered once every 8s and even when not on the field. |
| Gilded Dreams is now Mizuki's go-to artifacts when it comes to Stellar-Swirl. This is especially the case if Mizuki is the sole Anemo character in the team. In cases where she is paired with another Anemo, especially the case with her current best team in Version 7.0, the set will somewhat fall short, but still viable. |
|
| Best in General | Viridescent Venerer Viridescent Venerer 2-PC: Anemo DMG Bonus +15% 4-PC: Increases Swirl Reaction DMG dealt by 60%, and Stellar Swirl reaction DMG dealt by 20%. Decreases opponent's Elemental RES to the element infused in the Swirl by 40% for 10s. Upon triggering a Stellar Swirl in the opponent, will also decrease their Cryo RES by 40%. RES debuffs of the same elemental type do not stack. |
| In most other cases, you will still want Mizuki on Viridescent Venerer for the Massive RES Shred that it can give. In Stellar team, this is better to have on another character than Mizuki. |
|
| Alt. for Stellar | Scarlet Proof Scarlet Proof 2-PC: ATK increased by 18%. 4-PC: Increases the equipping character's CRIT Rate by 16%, and their Stellar Swirl reaction dealt by 40%, for 10s after they trigger a Stellar Swirl reaction. |
| Despite this set primarily catering to Stellar-Swirl units, Mizuki cannot fully capitalize this since she doesn't want ATK% as a stat. Granted, this is still a good option, especially since that you can save a lot of resin, as this set is available alongside Heart of the Furnace. |
|

List of Artifacts and Set Bonuses
After the release of Snezhnaya, Mizuki now prefers to be in Stellar-Swirl team for the most part, as that is where she shines the best. Granted, you can still use her in general teams where she drive certain reactions, like Lunar-Charged.

Team Summary Mizuki requires a Stellar-Swirl enabler, like Odette or Cryo Traveler, for this team to function. Alternate Teammates You can opt to use either Diona or Qiqi for the Stellar-Swirl buffs that they provide. Sucrose massively increases team damage with her EM bufs, but use Faruzan if you want more RES Shred and CRIT DMG at C6. |

| C1 |
In Mist-Like Waters When Yumemizuki Mizuki is in the Dreamdrifter state, she will continuously apply the "Twenty-Three Nights' Awaiting" effect to nearby opponents for 3s every 3.5s. When an opponent is affected by Anemo DMG-triggered Swirl reactions while the aforementioned effect is active, the effect will be canceled and this Swirl instance has its DMG against this opponent increased by 1,100% of Mizuki's Elemental Mastery. |
| C2 |
Your Echo I Meet in Dreams When Yumemizuki Mizuki enters the Dreamdrifter state, every Elemental Mastery point she has will increase all nearby party members' Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, and Electro DMG Bonuses by 0.04% until the Dreamdrifter state ends. |
| C3 |
Till Dawn's Moon Ends Night Increases the Level of Aisa Utamakura Pilgrimage by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15. |
| C4 |
Buds Warm Lucid Springs Picking up a Yumemi Style Special Snack from the Elemental Burst Anraku Secret Spring Therapy will both deal DMG and heal, and will restore 5 Energy to Yumemizuki Mizuki. Energy can be restored this way 4 times per Anraku Secret Spring Therapy duration. |
| C5 |
As Setting Moon Bring Year's End Increases the Level of Anraku Secret Spring Therapy by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15. |
| C6 |
The Heart Lingers Long While Yumemizuki Mizuki is in the Dreamdrifter state, Swirl DMG dealt by nearby party members can score CRIT Hits, with CRIT Rate fixed at 30%, and CRIT DMG fixed at 100%. |
| Rating | Constellation Effect / Merits | |
|---|---|---|
| C1 | ★★☆ | • Gives more personal damage to her Swirls, but only after every 3.5 seconds. |
| C2 | ★★★ |
• Gives Elemental DMG Bonus for Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo based on Mizuki's Elemental Mastery while on her Elemental Skill. • Becomes a great all-rounder buffer for Swirl teams. |
| C4 | ★★☆ |
• Removes the restriction of her Elemental Burst, which can now damage and heal an ally when they pick up her Special Snack. • Also gives Energy back to her. |
Mizuki becomes a great support DPS hybrid for Swirl comps and generally becomes better if not equal to on-field Sucrose if she gets her C2. C4 also removes the restriction on her Elemental Burst, and C6 makes her Swirls CRIT.
As Mizuki will be a Standard Character, you can get all of her constellations eventually either by losing your 50/50s, Chronicled Wish banners, or taking her from the Anniversary free 5-star character event!
Mizuki's kit is based around swirling elements on the field while applying AoE Anemo DMG to enemies at set intervals by just waltzing around with her Elemental Skill, making her a good candidate for teams that require an On-Field Anemo Driver.
| Normal Attack: Pure Heart, Pure Dreams |
|---|
| Performs up to 3 attacks, dealing Anemo DMG.
Charge Attack Consumes a certain amount of Stamina and deals AoE Anemo DMG after a short casting time. Plunge Attack: Calling upon the power of Anemo, she plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all opponents in her path. Deals AoE Anemo DMG upon impact with the ground. |
Mizuki's Normal Attacks let her throw Anemo-based bolts towards nearby enemies, dealing Anemo DMG and causing a Swirl reaction if they were previously affected by a PHEC element.
| Aisa Utamakura Pilgrimage |
|---|
| Weaves memories of lovely dreams, entering a Dreamdrifter state where Yumemizuki Mizuki floats above the ground, and dealing 1 instance of AoE Anemo DMG to nearby opponents. Dreamdrifter • While in the Dreamdrifter state, Yumemizuki Mizuki will continuously drift forward, dealing AoE Anemo DMG to nearby opponents at regular intervals. • During this time, Yumemizuki Mizuki can control her direction of drift, and the pick-up distance of Yumemi Style Special Snacks from the Elemental Burst Anraku Secret Spring Therapy will be increased. • Increases the Swirl DMG that nearby party members deal based on Yumemizuki Mizuki's Elemental Mastery. • Dreamdrifter will end when Mizuki leaves the field or uses her Elemental Skill again. |
When using Mizuki's Elemental Skill, she will fire off auto-targetting AoE Anemo DMG bolts to nearby enemies and subsequently damage and cause them to Swirl.
This is done without Mizuki having to do any other input besides the initial Elemental Skill cast and is her main bread-and-butter attack.
For the duration of her Elemental Skill, Mizuki hovers above the ground and can float around with increased movement speed.
Do note that she can get interrupted while she's on her Elemental Skill, which is a DPS loss for her and the entire team.
This Elemental Skill also increases the Swirl DMG done in general, which greatly benefits Mizuki and teammates with off-field abilities as that gives more damage without Mizuki having to do more.
| Anraku Secret Spring Therapy |
|---|
| Summons forth countless lovely dreams and nightmares that pull in nearby objects and opponents, dealing AoE Anemo DMG and summoning a Mini Baku. Mini Baku: Follows the current active character. At regular intervals, the Mini Baku will create 1 Yumemi Style Special Snack nearby. After one of your own party members picks up a Special Snack, if their HP is higher than 70%, the Snack will explode and unleash a Munen Shockwave, dealing 1 instance of AoE Anemo DMG to nearby opponents. Otherwise, it will heal the character who picked it up based on Yumemizuki Mizuki's Elemental Mastery. When Yumemizuki Mizuki triggers healing by picking up a Yumemi Style Special Snack, the amount of healing is increased by 100%. If a Snack is not picked up after a period of time, it will explode and release a Munen Shockwave, dealing 1 instance of AoE Anemo DMG to surrounding opponents. |
Mizuki's Elemental Burst summons a Mini Baku that drops consumable objects called Yumemi Style Special Snacks on the field.
Touching these objects results in two effects that are based on your active character's current HP.
When characters are healthy enough, the consumable explodes on contact, dealing AoE Anemo DMG to enemies in an area. Leaving the Snacks on the field without touching them will also cause the Snacks to eventually explode.
This will mainly be used as a way to apply more Swirls in a short amount of time.
If the characters are low on HP, the Special Snacks will instead heal the active character's HP up to a certain threshold, in which it will resume its damage-oriented purpose instead.
| Bright Moon's Restless Voice |
|---|
| When Yumemizuki Mizuki triggers Swirl while in her Dreamdrifter state, Dreamdrifter's duration increases by 2.5s. This effect can trigger once every 0.3s for a maximum of 2 times per Dreamdrifter state. |
One of Mizuki's talents seem to extend her Elemental Skill's duration based on whether or not her Elemental Skill strikes a target.
We will update this passive talent with more info once her kit is fully released.
| Thoughts by Day Bring Dreams by Night |
|---|
| While Yumemizuki Mizuki is in the Dreamdrifter state, when other nearby party members hit opponents with Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, or Electro attacks, her Elemental Mastery will increase by 100 for 4s. |
| All Ailments Banished |
|---|
| When Yumemizuki Mizuki is in the party, party members have a chance to recover 30% additional HP when using healing foods that do not have reviving properties. The trigger chance for this effect increases with the corresponding character's Friendship Level. (This effect will always trigger if the Traveler is the character consuming healing food.) |
Mizuki carries a unique exploration talent that allows restorative food to heal party members for more.
This also uniquely scales on the party member's Friendship Level, with higher friendship leading to more heals and subsequently less food used.

Not much is known about our Mizuki other than her introduction from the announcement as a Clinical Psychologist, who also happens to own a share of the Aisa Bathhouse in Inazuma.
The Aisa Bathhouse can be found in the main alley of Inazuma City, just ahead of the Adventurers' Guild beside the Souvenir Shop.

As shown in the Version 5.4 livestream, Mizuki's EN VA is Naomi McDonald while her JP VA is Aizawa Saya!

Ayaka
|
About Ayaka Ah, Miss Ayaka... She was still a little girl when I left Inazuma, but even then, she had already started studying flower arranging and the art of the sword. Her brother once enlisted my services in secret, hoping to alleviate some of her anxieties. What I remember of her dream... was the smell of old timber and heavy rain, like a lone, wooden pavilion on the verge of collapse amid a storm. I did my best to treat her, until she finally fell into a peaceful slumber. Many years have passed since then. I hope she's found people to lean on, so she doesn't have to weather that storm alone... |
Kokomi
|
About Kokomi The Divine Priestess of Watatsumi Island is a dignified and well-mannered lady. Speaking with her always lifts my spirits. If I open a new branch of Aisa Bathhouse on Watatsumi Island or some other kind of business, I hope I have more chances to work with her... |
Mavuika
|
About Mavuika The Pyro Archon? Hm, how should I put it... Lady Mavuika is the kind of person who shines so bright, just laying eyes on her is enough to warrant sunglasses. Like the actual sun, she has a way of burning away haze and illuminating darkness, even with a simple handshake. ...Hm? Have I ever tasted one of her dreams? No, no, no, no, no... I wouldn't dare. She let me try once, but stepping into her dream was like jumping into a volcano, or choking on ash. All I could do was cough... Perhaps my youkai powers simply aren't strong enough yet... |
Mualani
|
About Mualani Ah, Mualani... She is the friendliest person I've ever met. I lived with the People of the Springs during my time in Natlan, and I never could have opened up my shop there without her help. She dragged me to the Speaker's Chamber, and just like that, I was face-to-face with the Pyro Archon with no warning at all, scared out of my mind... Her personality is like a wave, sometimes cresting high above the water, gliding deep beneath the surface, or even crashing straight against the shore. It's hard to keep up... Oh, her mental state? I don't think you need to worry. She's in a very good spot. If anything, I should go to her for therapy... |
Nahida
|
About Nahida I've visited Sumeru before. Within the borders of her authority, it's impossible for me to make contact with anyone's dreams, much less affect or consume them. Her presence isn't oppressive, however - what I sensed felt more like a solemn promise between a god and her people... My impression is that she must be a very kind-hearted god. |
Sara
|
About Sara She often enlists my services to help the members of the Tenryou Commission. It's not uncommon to see doubt and fear in their minds, but her mindscape is always cold, hard metal. No rain, no sun - like a safe of pure Jade Steel, unflinching and impenetrable. I have a lot of respect for her because of that. Although, I can only imagine what resilience it took to get to that point... |
Sayu
|
About Sayu Hehe, she's quite the carefree little mujina, her only trouble, of course, being the desire to grow taller... I'm sure her dreams are exceedingly sweet. I'd love to invite her to come work at the bathhouse, but she's always avoiding me. Heh, perhaps she can see through my intentions... |
Yae Miko
|
About Yae Miko Past History: Hundreds of years ago, we were neighbors. Miko was a lot more serious about her pursuits back then, but still, the innocence of youth permeated everything. I miss those days sometimes - Miko had just learned to transform into a human, and life was so simple... Every day, she would come find me and let me taste her dreams. Notes of sakura blossom, paper, ink, Tricolor Dango, and Fried Tofu... That's what I remember. She would beg me to transform into a human with her and drag me into town to find things that matched the flavors of her dreams. If someone caught us, we would immediately transform back into our original forms, and make a break for it. Miko ran so fast, she would leave me in the dust half the time. Current Situation: Now, Miko is the Guuji of the Grand Narukami Shrine. After growing up, I never tried one of her dreams again. Who knows if any of the flavors are the same as back then... Consuming dreams without permission is the ultimate taboo for my kind. Even if she came to me and asked after so long, I... I think I would refuse. We're business rivals now, and I intend to keep up with her this time. |
Yoimiya
|
About Yoimiya Oh, you mean the Queen of the Summer Festival? Yes, she is quite memorable. Every once in a while, I perform a mental health survey to see if there are areas around Inazuma where people are more likely to need treatment... It turns out, those who live near Miss Yoimiya have need very little, and I doubt that's a coincidence. It's hard to be anything but positive with such a bright and cheerful person around! |
