This weapon also provides a significant boost to her strongest asset—her Elemental Skill, increased HP for both her DMG and healing, and a very hefty contribution to her CRIT DMG.

HP Fluctuation Required for Other Characters

Splendor of Tranquil Waters is a magnificent weapon for other characters to use, but only if HP fluctuation is present. Otherwise, it's just a sword with a hefty CRIT DMG. For this purpose, always have Furina in your party.

That's not skill dmg, it's Normal Attak Dmg. This will only buff the Ayato copy that explode.
