The weakness of the Geo Hypostasis is the Geo Pillars it uses to float above. These pillars can be easily destroyed by using Geo or Claymore Characters that provide Geo attacks and heavy hits, respectively.
Another option would be to use plunging attack characters to break the pillars, which can be easily done if you have a Xianyun. But if not, Xiao and Varesa can perform plunging attacks on their own.
Using a Bow character while being shielded is another strategy that players can use against the Geo Hypostasis. This way you don't have to destroy the Geo pillars and focus on damaging the world boss immediately.

The recommended characters here are focused on early game teams that can help new or low-level AR players.
For more experienced players, they can choose which characters they want to use, since the Geo Hypostasis will be easier for them to one-shot or defeat easily.

Attacking with Claymore or Geo Attacks can destroy the Geo Pillars easily. After that, the Geo Hypostasis drops to the ground, vulnerable and stunned for a few seconds. At this point, you can unleash all your attacks to deplete its HP.
If you fail to defeat it, it will become invulnerable again. Then, it will float on another one of the Geo Pillars. Afterward, you need to destroy the pillar once more.
You can also snipe the Geo Hypostasis while it's floating above the Geo Pillars by using Bow characters. The strategy is to wait for the it to attack to make it vulnerable. Then, you can damage it by using the bow characters's charged attack.
Do note that this strategy is only viable if your character's shield can withstand the Geo Hypostasis's attacks. If not, this strategy is not recommended for you.

Once enough damage is dealt to the Geo Hypostasis, it will summon three rock pillars in the center of the arena which regenerates its HP. You need to use Geo or Claymore attacks to quickly destroy all three at a limited time.
Other types of attacks might be too ineffective and cannot destroy the three pillars on time. Failing to destroy these pillars will restore some of the Geo Hypostasis' health.

Turns out theres a way to beat geo hypostasis without breaking the pillar (except the revival ones). You just have to be fast enough to do it. I found the tutorial on youtube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=clsRvkGb3mg
