The Witch's Revelations characters gain buffs or modifications to certain parts of their kit, with some most notably allowing them to interact with the Stellar reactions. Stellar-related buffs are only usable when there is a Stellar Linchpin character in the same team.
Currently, Stellar-Conduct is the only Stellar reaction available, which is made possible with teams that feature Sandrone.
Stellar Linchpin Reactions and Characters
| There Shall Be an Unveiling for Injustice |
|---|
| Radiance: Stellar-Conduct: The Ascension Talent "There Shall Be a Plea for Justice" is changed to the following:
When Wriothesley's HP is less than 60%, he will obtain a "Gracious Rebuke: Unveiling." This enhances the next Charged Attack of his Normal Attack: Forceful Fists of Frost into Luster: Vaulting Fist, which will not consume Stamina and restores 30% Max HP to Wriothesley upon hit. Wriothesley can gain HP in this way once every 2s. Additionally, the third and fifth strikes of Repelling Fist enhanced by Chilling Penalty will deal 60% and 80% of their original Cryo DMG respectively, while Luster: Vaulting Fist will deal 100% of its original AoE Cryo DMG. The aforementioned DMG is considered as Stellar-Conduct DMG, and Wriothesley deals 30% increased Stellar-Conduct DMG. Additionally, when inside a Polestar Field, Wriothesley will enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state. |
Upon unlocking his Witch's Revelation buff, the interval between healing using Wriothesley's Charged Attack goes down to 2 seconds, meaning he can heal more often.
In addition, the 3rd and 5th hit of Wriothesley's combos get converted to Stellar-Conduct DMG while under the effects of Stellar-Conduct's Polestar Field. Finally, he gets bonuses to both his Charged Attack and Stellar-Conduct DMG if it is tagged as Stellar-Conduct attacks.
Wriothesley Best Builds and Teams
| Edict of Cleansing |

| Extends the duration of the Sesshou Sakura by 10s. When a nearby party member triggers a Superconduct or Stellar-Conduct reaction, the next instance of Sesshou Sakura lightning is enhanced as follows: DMG dealt is increased at 80% of Yae Miko's ATK. This effect can trigger once every 2.5s.
Radiance: Stellar-Conduct: An enhanced Sesshou Sakura lightning bolt hit on an opponent will also cause an additional instance of Electro DMG at 200% of Yae Miko's ATK. This DMG is considered Stellar-Conduct DMG. Additionally, when inside a Polestar Field, Yae Miko will enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state. |
Upon unlocking her Witch's Revelation buff, Yae Miko's Elemental Skill totems have their duration extended by another 10s, leading to more viability. Her Elemental Skill also gains a boost, dealing more DMG based on a portion of Yae Miko's attack at certain intervals.
In addition, if the Sesshou Sakura attack from Yae Miko's totems deal enhanced damage due to Superconduct and Stellar-Conduct, it deals another instance of damage scaling with Yae Miko's ATK, and is considered Stellar-Conduct DMG.
Yae Miko Rating and Best Builds
| Seven Sacred Treasures |
|---|
| The cooldown of the Elemental Skill Adeptus Art: Herald of Frost is reduced to 15s. Radiance: Stellar-Conduct: While the Herald of Frost is on the field, characters in Qiqi's party have their Superconduct and Stellar-Conduct Reaction DMG increased by 50%. Additionally, when inside a Polestar Field, Qiqi will enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state. |
Upon unlocking her Witch's Revelation buff, Qiqi's Elemental Skill cooldown is lowered to 15s, allowing her Elemental Skill to gain 100% uptime.
In addition, while her Elemental Skill is active and Radiance: Stellar-Conduct is in effect, Qiqi boosts the Superconduct and Stellar-Conduct damage of her party members.
| A Star With Which to Start the Journey |
|---|
| If Cyno unleashes the Elemental Skill Secret Rite: Chasmic Soulfarer while not in the Pactsworn Pathclearer state, he will enter Pactsworn Pathclearer for 6s. Additionally, when in a Polestar Field, Cyno will enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state. |
Upon unlocking his Witch's Revelation buff, Cyno's Elemental Skill will activate his Pactsworn Pathclearer state for a short period of time, letting him perform one empowered Elemental Skill, and lowering his overall downtime period.
In addition, some of Cyno's attacks get converted to Stellar-Conduct DMG while under the effects of Stellar-Conduct's Polestar Field.

|---|
| When holding down on the Elemental Skill Tidecaller, 1 stack of power will accumulate every 0.8s, even when not under attack. This increases the DMG dealt at the point of unleashing.
Additionally, holding down to unleash Tidecaller and hitting the opponent also gives extra boosts based on the power accumulated: every stack active decreases Beidou's Elemental Skill CD by 4s, as well as regenerates 8 Elemental Energy for her. This effect can trigger once every 15s. Additionally, when inside a Polestar Field, Beidou will enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state. |
Beidou's Elemental Skill can now be fully charged just by holding it down. Hold the Elemental Skill and it will charge power and Beidou swill swing once its full.
Additionally, her Elemental Skill's cooldown is reduced depending on the amount of power that you have charged.
Her C6 now allows her to enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state, which makes her Elemental Burst RES Shred and buffs the active character's Elemental Mastery.
| Choice Treasures |
|---|
| Within 20s after using the Elemental Skill Icy Paws, Diona will also fire off three Icy Paws when party members trigger Superconduct or Stellar-Conduct reactions. Icy Paws fired this way cannot generate Elemental Particles, nor will they generate a shield upon hitting opponents. This effect can occur once every 3.5s.
Additionally, when inside a Polestar Field, Diona will enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state. |

After using her Elemental Skill, Diona will fire Icy Paws when the active character triggers Superconduct or Stellar-Conduct.
In her C6, if she enters the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state, her Elemental Bursts buffs Superconduct and Stellar-Conduct DMG.
| Vast Be the Dream |
|---|
| When Yumemizuki Mizuki triggers a Swirl or Stellar Swirl reaction while in the Dreamdrifter state, the next instance of periodic AoE Anemo DMG she deals to nearby enemies during that same state will be increased by 1,000% of her Elemental Mastery. The aforementioned effect can trigger once every 2.5s.
Radiance: Stellar Swirl: When Yumemizuki Mizuki deals to an opponent the above enhanced AoE Anemo DMG, she will also deal an additional instance of Anemo DMG at 1,000% of her Elemental Mastery. This DMG is considered Stellar Swirl reaction DMG. Additionally, while Yumemizuki Mizuki is in the Dreamdrifter state, the Elemental Mastery of nearby party characters is increased by 10% of Yumemizuki Mizuki's Elemental Mastery. Yumemizuki Mizuki will also enter the Radiance: Stellar Swirl state for 8s when a nearby party member triggers a Stellar Swirl reaction. |

Firstly, Mizuki enters the Radiance: Stellar Swirl state if a nearby party member triggers a Stellar Swirl reaction.
When Mizuki is in the Dreamdrifter state, her next instance of Anemo DMG will be increased if she triggered Swirl or Stellar Swirl, while also buffing the team's Elemental Mastery.
In addition, when this effect is triggered while Radiance: Stellar Swirl is active, it triggers again on its own, dealing two instances of enhanced AoE Anemo DMG in total, with the 2nd instance automatically being considered as Stellar Swirl DMG.
This works at C0 for her, and makes her a solid Stellar Swirl DPS choice.

To unlock a character's Witch Revelation Buff, you must complete their corresponding quest. After Version 6.7, players can complete the Revelations by Chance world quest to obtain the Witch's Revelation Case gadget.
Similar to the Witch's Homework, you must own the character and have them raised to Level 70 or above before you can do their Witch's Revelation quest.
Each quest consists of talking to Barbeloth in her Fortune-Telling Booth at the Court of Fontaine, and a combat stage with trial characters to showcase the new buffs.

This page has wrong information. You dont actually need sandrone or other stellar characters in the party to utilize the new buffs (unless the buffs specifically apply to stellar-charged.) For example Beidou's upgraded E-skill can be used in any party. Furthernore when two or more of these characters are in the party there is no "activation" notification, unlike ascendant gleam and hexerei. I tested this using parties with and without sandrone.
