Additionally, after the equipping character triggers Bloom, Hyperbloom, Lunar-Bloom, or Burgeon, they will gain another 25% bonus to the effect mentioned prior. Each stack of this lasts 10s. Max 4 stacks simultaneously. This effect can only be triggered once per second. The character who equips this can still trigger its effects when not on the field. |

You can get a maximum of 4 bonus substats on any individual artifact piece by enhancing it. The bonus stats you get will be random and will not include the artifact's main stat.
Once a 5-star artifact has 4 substats, every 4 levels of enhancement will upgrade one of the available substats randomly. You can get a total of 4-5 substat upgrades.

Anonymous almost 4 yearsas a support in a bloom, this would be good on nilou. however, if nilou is the main source of dmg, id suggest putting this set on the dendro in your team instead
