As a Support Alyosha is introduced as a Stellar-Conduct generalist that deals personal damage, buffs team ATK, and heals teammates on hits from his Elemental Burst. While he himself is nothing revolutionary since he cannot enable Stellar reactions on his own, he has the identity of a true Stellar-Conduct flex slot that can catch the team in their shortcomings, boosting healing, ATK, and damage output, but not being the best at any of them. This strength is further amplified the more Constellations he has, which usually becomes the norm for 4-stars as enough time passes. One thing to note is that he is more comparable to standard healer-buffer supports when not placed with Stellar-Conduct allies, so his value in a team is also reliant on whether or not he is with his Best-in-Slots. |

• Very reliant on having him on C6 to be competitive with other units. • His Elemental Burst has a small field. • Does not synergize well to units that do not want to be healed, particularly Wriothesley. |

Engulfing Lightning Engulfing Lightning Base ATK: 608 Bonus Stat: Energy Recharge 55.1% Skill Effect: ATK increased by 28% of Energy Recharge over the base 100%. You can gain a maximum bonus of 80% ATK. Gain 30% Energy Recharge for 12s after using an Elemental Burst. |

Favonius Lance Base ATK: 565 Bonus Stat: Energy Recharge 30.6% Skill Effect: CRIT Hits have a 60% chance to generate a small amount of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. Song of the Vigil Base ATK: 565 Bonus Stat: Elemental Mastery 110 Skill Effect: • Triggering an Elemental Reaction regenerates 4 Elemental Energy for the equipping character. This effect can trigger once every 9s. On the other hand, triggering a Stellar Glimmer reaction increases their ATK by 20% for 12s. The aforementioned effects can trigger even when the character is not on the field. |

Heart of the Furnace Heart of the Furnace 2-PC: ATK increased by 18%. 4-PC: Increases the equipping character's ATK by 12% for 12s when they trigger a Stellar Glimmer reaction or deal Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG. Also increases Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG dealt by all nearby party members by 50%. The above effects can trigger even when the equipping character is not on the field, and the DMG bonus from multiple Artifact Sets with the same name does not stack. |

| With Alyosha's release, this is now Sandrone's Premium Team, alongside Odette. |
A Cyno variation of a Stellar-Conduct team. |

Most of Alyosha’s utility comes from his Elemental Burst, which scales with ATK, so the main stats you want are Energy Recharge and ATK. Based on this, you would want Energy Recharge/ATK for Sands and Goblet. You can substitute the ER Sands with ATK if you have already met the ER Requirements.
If you’re using a Favonius, you can opt for a CRIT Rate on Circlet. Otherwise, go for an ATK instead.
Alyosha normally uses Noblesse Oblige, but should switch to Heart of the Furnace if no one else is holding it.
| Stat | Goal Value |
|---|---|
| Energy Recharge | 180~230% |
| ATK | 2,000~3,000 |
| CRIT Rate | 50%~60% |
Prioritize Energy Recharge first before shifting towards ATK, as he really needs to consistently use his Elemental Burst in every rotation.
Other than that, if you’re using Favonius, you will want to have CRIT Rate as well for team-wide Energy Particles.
| 1st | 2nd | 3rd |
|---|---|---|
| Elemental Burst | Elemental Skill | Normal Attack |
Elemental Burst is the first and major priority to level up since the bulk of his utility is consolidated in his Burst. Elemental Skill mostly for damage and to activate Hunter's Mark.
Normal Attacks can be entirely ignored, as it doesn't do anything.
Engulfing Lightning is his best-in-slot weapon for its Energy Recharge and ATK boost that it can give, with Symphonist of Scents being a close second. A great F2P alternative is the Favonius Lance for the Energy Recharge and particles it can give for the entire team.
Otherwise, you can use the event weapon, Tamayuratei no Ohanashi, or the new craftable weapon, Song of the Vigil.
| Best Weapons for Alyosha | |
|---|---|
| Best-in-Slot | Engulfing Lightning Engulfing Lightning Base ATK: 608 Bonus Stat: Energy Recharge 55.1% Skill Effect: ATK increased by 28% of Energy Recharge over the base 100%. You can gain a maximum bonus of 80% ATK. Gain 30% Energy Recharge for 12s after using an Elemental Burst. |
| Engulfing Lightning is objectively his best weapon, as not only does it give Energy Recharge, but it converts a percentage of it into ATK, alleviating both of Alyosha’s main stats. | |
| Best Alt | Symphonist of Scents Symphonist of Scents Base ATK: 608 Bonus Stat: CRIT DMG 66.2% Skill Effect: ATK is increased by 12%. When the equipping character is off-field, ATK is increased by an additional 12%. After initiating healing, the equipping character and the character(s) they have healed will obtain the "Sweet Echoes" effect, increasing their ATK by 32% for 3s. This effect can be triggered even if the equipping character is off-field. |
| Symphonist of Scents feeds into Alyosha's ATK, personal damage, and healing all in one weapon. He can activate both its conditions easily, which helps both his own damage and the on-field character's. | |
| Alternative | Favonius Lance Favonius Lance Base ATK: 565 Bonus Stat: Energy Recharge 30.6% Skill Effect: CRIT Hits have a 60% chance to generate a small amount of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. Can only occur once every 12s. |
| The best F2P alternative as usual. It massively alleviates Alyosha’s Energy Recharge needs, but also the entire team, as it gives energy particles when triggering CRIT. | |
| F2P (Event) | Tamayuratei no Ohanashi Tamayuratei no Ohanashi Base ATK: 565 Bonus Stat: Energy Recharge 30.6% Skill Effect: Increase ATK by 20% and Movement SPD by 10% for 10s when using an Elemental Skill. |
| This even weapon can give both Energy Recharge and ATK when using Elemental Skill. His Skill is naturally part of his rotation to deal damage and activate Hunter’s Mark. | |
| F2P (Craftable) | Song of the Vigil Song of the Vigil Base ATK: 565 Bonus Stat: Elemental Mastery 110 Skill Effect: • Triggering an Elemental Reaction regenerates 4 Elemental Energy for the equipping character. This effect can trigger once every 9s. On the other hand, triggering a Stellar Glimmer reaction increases their ATK by 20% for 12s. The aforementioned effects can trigger even when the character is not on the field. |
| This weapon can increase Stellar Glimmer DMG and ATK. However, Alyosha has to be the one to trigger the Polestar Field, which unfortunately isn’t the case for the most part. | |

Since Alyosha primarily relies on his Elemental Burst, Noblesse Oblige is a natural choice for this to give himself and the entire team an ATK boost.
Alternative options are Heart of Furnace for the Stellar DMG buff if there are no other units equipping it, or a double 2-pc ATK artifact as a temporary option.
We highly recommend using Noblesse Oblige in most cases.
| Best Artifact Sets for Alyosha | |
|---|---|
| Best-in-Slot | Noblesse Oblige Noblesse Oblige 2-PC: Elemental Burst DMG +20%. 4-PC: Using an Elemental Burst increases all party members' ATK by 20% for 12s. This effect cannot stack. |
| This is Alyosha's best-in-slot because of how much it synergizes with his playstyle. Moreover, most of his teammates scale off ATK, so the ATK bonus this set gives is highly appreciated. | |
| Alternative | Heart of the Furnace Heart of the Furnace 2-PC: ATK increased by 18%. |
| A supportive set for Stellar DMG, and it can also increase Alyosha's ATK. This is used if other characters in the team already have Noblesse Oblige, or none have it equipped yet. | |
| Temporary/ F2P |
Gladiator's Finale x2 2-PC: ATK +18%. 4-PC: If the wielder of this artifact set uses a Sword, Claymore or Polearm, increases their Normal Attack DMG by 35%. A Day Carved from Rising Winds x2 2-PC: ATK +18%. 4-PC: After a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, gain the Blessing of Pastoral Winds effect for 6s: ATK is increased by 25%. If the equipping character has completed Witch's Homework, Blessing of Pastoral Winds will be upgraded to Resolve of Pastoral Winds, which also increases the CRIT Rate of the equipping character by an additional 20%. This effect can be triggered even when the character is off-field. |
| A 2-pc ATK combo can be used during the early build phase as a temporary set while you farm for more preferable artifacts. The 4-star variants should also still suffice. | |
| Stat Priority | ||
|---|---|---|
| Substats: Energy Recharge > ATK% > Flat ATK > CRIT Rate |
||
| Summary: • Prioritize Energy Recharge, not only for his Burst, but also for his A4 passive. • ATK% since his healing scales off of it, but also increases his personal DMG. • CRIT Rate if you are using Favonius. Otherwise, just go for ATK. |

List of Artifacts and Set Bonuses
Alyosha is mainly played in Stellar-Conduct teams since his playstyle revolves around the Hunter’s Mark, which can increase Stellar-Conduct DMG. He primarily shines as an off-field Electro Sub-DPS that can provide massive buffs for the entire team.
Granted, you can still use him for non-Stellar--Conduct teams, as he still provides an ATK boost and off-field DMG, such as Overload teams.

Team Summary Alyosha provides ATK, healing, and Stellar-Conduct-DMG for the entire team, while Odette and Yae Miko makes up the core of the team, as they both complement each other. Alternate Teammates If you don't have Odette and Yae Miko, you can opt for Cryo Traveler and Fischl. Sucrose is chosen as a F2P option if you lack Cryo or Electro units. There are two DPS that you can choose: Sandrone and Cyno. All of them have very little to no difference when it comes to team composition. |

Team Summary In this team archetype, Alyosha mainly provides ATK, healing, and off-field Electro DMG. Chevreuse is the premier Overload support, so she's practically non-negotiable for most cases. Alternate Teammates There are three DPS that you can choose: Arlecchino, Varesa, and Clorinde. All three will perform similarly, but may have differences in team composition, especially with Varesa. In most cases, you should use Fischl in an Overload team, but if you find yourself needing more ATK boost or a shield, use Nicole. For Varesa teams, you should use Iansan since they synergize very well. |

| Rating | Constellation Effect / Merits | |
|---|---|---|
| C1 | ★★☆ | • Alleviates Alyosha's Energy Recharge needs when triggering Electro reactions. |
| C2 | ★★☆ |
• More duration for his Elemental Burst. • Ease of applying Hunter's Mark. |
| C6 | ★★★ |
• Provides massive boost in his already existing utility. • On top of that, also provides an EM boost. |
Just like most 4-star support characters, Alyosha is also very reliant on his Constellation 6, and for a good reason.
Alyosha needs this in order to be competitive toward other units.
Alyosha fulfills two roles in the team in the form of bringing Electro application to trigger Stellar-Conduct with, and having his Elemental Burst heal his team while dealing damage.
In addition, he has a mechanic called Hunter's Mark, which seems to be triggered by his Elemental Skill and applies an ATK buff.
His Elemental Skill either makes him shoot an enemy with his rifle, or inflict Electro DMG in a cone on the ground, applying a status effect called Hunter's Mark on an enemy, which provides an ATK boost to teammates if Alyosha triggers this mark.
Its main use will be to apply Electro onto opponents and trigger Hunter's Mark to grant allies an ATK buff.
Alyosha's main use case is to use his Elemental Burst, summoning an Electro field that repeatedly taunts and damages enemies within its area of effect, prioritizing Hunter's Marked opponents. In addition, the damage from this field also heals his allies.
This makes it easier for allies to trigger Stellar-Conduct due to Alyosha's field giving you an effective killzone on enemies if you have both an Electro and Cryo unit capable of Stellar-Conduct.
| Awakened by the Baying Hounds |
|---|
| When Tugarin attacks, it will also restore HP to nearby active characters at 120% of Alyosha's ATK. |
Alyosha can heal the entire team when Tugarin Attacks based on Alyosha's ATK. This makes ATK a more valuable stat for Alyosha for the survivability of the team.
| Suffer the Winter Wheat Will |
|---|
| Increases the DMG Alyosha deals with his Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst by 0.35% for every 1% of his Energy Recharge. Up to a 70% increase can be obtained in this way. |
Alyosha's Elemental Skill and Burst DMG increased depending on his Energy Recharge. Alyosha already needs a lot of ER because of his Burst-centric playstyle, so this is a nice touch to further incentivize building him that way.
Similar to Odette, Alyosha can pinpoint Snezhnaya Local Specialties on the map, making for a much easier time when searching for these resources.

A free copy of Alyosha can be acquired by progressing through the Snezhnaya Archon Quest "Everwinter Without Mercy".

If you're saying that Alyosha's pros are atk-buffing, why in god's name is his elemental skill, that does the most supporting, not the first priority?? His ult literally just increases tugarin dmg. Not healing, and half of his ult's damage is based on ER.......

Yeah, apparently the ATK buff is based onthe recipient's base ATK.... so any extra ATK for alyosha increases healing and ult damage. wtf..... why can't they state this clearly?
