General Use CRIT Bow
Since the weapon conditionally gives Elemental Mastery or ATK depending on the condition fulfilled, it works best on either DPS characters that value the EM buff like Sethos, and Tighnari, or on DPS characters in reaction teams that benefit from the ATK, like Chasca, Tartaglia, and Yelan.
