Back to One's Feet unlocks immediately after completing the third quest of the In the Dwelling of Life quest chain, Down in the Dumps!
Back to One's Feet Quest Walkthrough
Get Inside the Town of Okurov
Resurfacing from the sewer section actually leads you directly to the town of Okurov. Follow the stairs outside and you will soon be reunited with Nastya.
Head to Location Near Ove's House
To reach the assembly hall, you must take the elevator at the center of the town first. However, the wheel that operates the elevator was stolen by Ove. Go find Ove in front of his house on the southwest corner of Okurov.
Cryoculus 34, 35, 36, 37, and 40 Locations
Cryoculi 34, 35, 36, 37, and 40 are all found within the town of Okurov. You can get these before heading to Ove's house.

Try to Get Inside Ove's House
Cross the bridge to your right and walk along the fallen tower leaning on Ove's house to reach the roof. There's an opening at the back side of the roof that leads inside Ove's house.
Check Out the Inside of the House
Enter the next room and look for a bunch of wooden crates. Shooting one of them will reveal a hatch where you can drop down to reach the basement.
Check Out the Cellar
Follow the path until you reach a closed gate. To its right is a wall with a grappling hook that you can bust open by constructing a Grappling Gun.
You'll find out that the room behind the wall is where Nastya's friends were thrown in by Ove, as evidenced by the writings on the wall. Pick up the Entrance Door Lever for a Certain Basement Room in the corner and use it to open the gate from earlier.
Get the Control Wheel
Now, pick up the Exit Door Lever for a Certain Basement Room next to the ammo and Precious chests and use it to open the next gate. However, the gate will get stuck and only partially open, but will leave a gap big enough for you to slide through.
Hop on the Cube construct, sprint towards the gate, and tap the sprint key to slide under the gate. The Control Wheel that Nastya is looking for is on the table past the gate.
Regroup with Nastya
Follow the path ahead until you reach an opening that leads back outside. Grapple on the Freeze Mark and meet Nastya on the bridge to continue.
Head to Location Near Elevator
Now that you have the Control Wheel, take it to the elevator in the middle of the town and slot it into the mechanism next to it to complete the quest.
