How to Raise Access Level
Obtain Incomplete Data Blocks From the Shadow Realm
In order to raise the access level of your Shadow Realm Vault Card, you must obtain Incomplete Data Block. You can acquire these as first rewards by completing Shadow Realms in the overworld.
This automatically levels up your Access card and does not go directly to your inventory.
What Does Access Level Do?
Allows Access to Gun Parts in Huntsman's Cabin
Access Levels will allow you to have access to several gun parts when you go to Huntsman's Cabin. The gun parts that you can obtain here can heavily benefit you when you are clearing TPS stages.

Third Gun and More Gun Parts
Raising the Shadow Realm Vault Card level will reward you with the third gun that you can use in TPS. Moreover, it will also reward you with more parts to upgrade your guns.
