To ensure victory against Bandersnatch, you must quickly accelerate his growth using Electro Attacks as this will make him an easier target to hit and slow down his attacks.
Cyno's Stellar-Conduct team is a good match-up for Bandersnatch, since he is a strong Electro DPS empowered by Stellar Glimmer.
Flins is a strong substitute for Cyno since his powerful Electro and Lunar-Charged centered attacks deal great Electro damage to Bandersnatch.
Varesa is a good replacement in case Cyno and Flins are not available options.
Best Team Comp | Party Building Guide
The battle against Bandersnatch will have him first appear in his fast and elusive small form. While in this form, you must consistently attack him using the power of Electro to force him into his giant state. In this giant state, Bandersnatch will be easier to hit and will receive more damage.
While he is in his giant state, he will summon a large Electro orb in an attempt to unleash a devastating wide-range attack. To stop this, you must attack him relentlessly to force him to lose control and return to his smaller state and this will give you a window of opportunity to finish him off.
Bandersnatch is one of the Local Legends introduced in Version 7.0, alongside Snezhnaya!

He's such BS. I was being relentless in my attacks but both times he pulled off his stupid ultimate attack. Its not a good DPS check and my Flins team is up to snuff.

It's not "Relentless Offense" that stops the big attack, it's Stellar Damage. Sandrone in the relevant clip was doing Stellar damage, which is how it got cancelled.
