Citlali has the ability to generate shields and decrease the enemy's Hydro and Pyro RES under certain conditions. She also deals AoE Cryo DMG, which makes her a great support for Freeze or Melt teams!
Citlali can be a good pick if you're looking for another Freeze-Melt party member.
