Good for Characters for its High Base Attack

The Alley Flash has an innately high Base Attack for a 4-star weapon so characters that have skills that scale off Attack can best utilize this.

Both Jean and Qiqi can use this as to boost their healing, while Bennett can benefit from the weapon to boost his buff.

Decent for Character that need Elemental Mastery.

Characters like Kazuha, Kirara and Shinobu require some investment in their Elemental Mastery stat. The Alley Flash can be an option for them to use if no alternative is available.

No. He would really prefer a higher EM weapon like Iron Sting or any Crit Damage or Crit Rate weapon instead. If you don't have anything else, you can use Harbinger of Dawn on him to get 49 CD and up to 27 CR when HP is above 90% ( which should be easy if you use Kuki for heals and Xingqui for hydro application and damage mitigation)

Is this not good for Alhaitham as well? Since Iron Sting is good for him too and that's got elemental mastery
