?Who is the Tsaritsa?
Anastasya Feodorovna Snezhnaya
In Columbina's Drip Marketing, she was first introduced by someone named Anastasya Feodorovna Snezhnaya. This is very likely to be the Tsaritsa, as it is similar to Furina De Fontaine, who was the Hydro Archon.
Project Stuzha
She is currently directing a project called Project Stuzha. It's unknown what this project entails, but past statements allude that this might have something to do with burning the old world
.
The Cryo Archon
She is a god with no love left for her people, nor do they have any left for her. Her followers only hope to be on her side when the day of her rebellion against the divine comes at last.
Source: Dainsleif, The Bough Keeper
The Tsaritsa is the current Cryo Archon of Snezhnaya, and de facto leader of the Fatui. Neither her face nor ideal is currently known, only that she is gathering the Gnosis from the other 6 Archons in rebellion against the divine.
The Tsaritsa is described by Dainselif as having lost love for her people, yet Tartaglia describes her as a gentle soul with a cold but pure gaze, and who's dreams of peace have lead her to declare war on the entire world.
Taking her quote from the Shivada Jade Gemstone, her motivations seem to be to burn away the old world, but is it truly for the sake of peace or is there more to uncover?
Snezhnaya Release Date and News
Head of The Fatui
The Tsaritsa is the head of the Fatui and uses them to pressure other nations politically and financially. Though highly secretive, the Fatui have a vested interest in the Seven Archons as well as amassing enough power to challenge them. The 11 Fatui Harbingers answer directly to the Tsaritsa, and from her they receive their powerful Delusions.

Heard During the Snezhnaya Ecology Teaser
The Tsaritsa was finally heard during the Snezhnaya's Ecology teaser. This teaser was first revealed during the Version 6.7 Luna VIII Livestream!
Version 6.7 (Luna VIII) Livestream Summary
Cutting Ties with Venti
Venti, the current Anemo Archon, said he knew the Tsaritsa well, but she had cut all ties with him because of an unknown incident 500 years prior. Now Venti has no idea of her current motivations or what she plans to do with his stolen Gnosis.
An Unrefusable Contract
The Tsaritsa offered to Zhongli, The Geo Archon and God of Contracts, something so great that he was willing to enter into his so called Contract to End all Contracts offering up his Gnosis in exchange. As Gnosis are priceless items without equal, Zhongli tasks the Traveler to discover for themselves just what the Tsaritsa offered him in exchange.
The Tsaritsa Release Date Predictions
Possibly Playable in the Future
The With Venti, Zhongli, and the Raiden Shogun being both Archons and playable characters, there is a possibility that The Cryo Archon herself could be playable in the future.
If The Tsaritsa does become a playable character, it would most likely not be for quite some time as the Snezhnayan chapter of the main story is quite far down the update schedule.

When I was imprisoned, it was the Tsaritsa who pardoned me and gave me the title of Harbinger. I could sense she was a person of true sincerity and compassion, unlike all those pompous hypocrites with their posturing and rhetoric. Yet... It's difficult to say whether her compassion alone is enough to melt the ice and snow that permeates her land. All I can say is this... If we are forced to be at odds one day, I will raise my weapon against her without hesitation, because that is the greatest level of respect I am able to bestow. |
 Columbina
|
The first time I sang in the gardens of Zapolyarny Palace, the Tsaritsa happened to pass by. She stood there, silent and motionless, like a statue with no expression carved onto the face. For a moment, I felt as if she wanted to say something to me, but she never did. She seals her emotions beneath thick sheets of ice. The outside world sees but one side of who she is... that of the Tsaritsa. If the answers I sought rest on the moon, perhaps hers lie buried in snow and ice. |

Although Nod-Krai is technically a part of Snezhnaya, you won't hear us habitually refer to ''Her Majesty, the Tsaritsa.'' ...Who's ''us''? Hehe... The Lightkeepers, of course... Who else? |
 Sandrone
|
Even I still get bothered by the errors in my heart, but Her Majesty the Tsaritsa ... How did she manage to freeze her emotions so completely? |
 Tartaglia
|
Her Royal Highness the Tsaritsa is actually a gentle soul. Too gentle, in fact, and that’s why she had to harden herself. Likewise, she declared war against the whole world only because she dreams of peace. And because she made an enemy of the world, I now have a friend in you. |
 Wanderer
|
About The Tsaritsa Everyone praises her for her kindness and benevolence, but they forget that love is also a form of sin. What if she's just trying to compensate for something? |

Anonymous 4 monthsI love mothers in general, not just my own mother(obviously my loviest mother) but all mother, specially mammal mothers🙂 I was thinking Alice might be the only mother in town. But it seems to me that Tsarita might be an addition! Not only that, her arc might tell a story about a grieving mother who lost her child to what seems like ice storm. Judging by all that, Tsaritsa most likely will turns out to be among the poorest characters in Teyvat alongside Collei, Columbina and Jeht 🥺😢
