To Gaze Upon the Dreaming Pale Crown Quest Location
Go to Pilgrimage to the Sacred Gorge
To Gaze Upon the Dreaming Pale Crown World Quest is located at Pilgrimage to the Sacred Gorge, in the northeastern part of Snezhnaya. You can unlock the teleport waypoint near the chapel, then make your way towards the Statue of the Seven to start the quest!

Summon the Hidden Tracks
When you arrive at the marked tower at Pilgrimage to the Sacred Gorge, you can summon the hidden tracks by selecting Place at the nearby console.
Doing so will place the Eye of Graeae down and allow it to summon a train to take you to the Pale Crown Palace!
Cryoculus 120, 121, 122, 123, 124, and 125 Locations
Before boarding the train, you can explore around Pilgrimage to the Sacred Gorge to get Cryoculus 120, 121, 122, 123, 124, and 125.

Board the Train
Once the vehicle arrives, you will need to board the train below. Follow the marker by gliding down to the nearby train station.
Once inside, select Sit so that the Eye of Graeae or Goggles can start the train.
Investigate the Strange Space
While on the train, you will enter a strange space with two unfamiliar figures. They are Izmaylov and Azazel, who are discussing the newly appointed Tsaritsa.
After their conversation, you will need to investigate the strange space. Follow the marker into a well-lit room to complete this objective!
Where to Get the Snegovik Laboratory Key

| 2 |  After reading the message, follow the marker to a bowl on the table. Pick up the item inside to obtain the Snegovik Laboratory Key. |
Aside from the key, you will also receive Cat Food, prepared by Pavlina who wrote the message on the board.
Investigate the Next Room
Follow the marker to investigate the next room. You will need to use the Snegovik Laboratory Key to unlock the door.
Once this is unlocked, head to a table with Prime Ice, then select Investigate. The ice will break, revealing someone’s notes..
Read the Notes Sealed in Prime Ice
Read the notes sealed in Prime Ice by selecting Someone's Notes. Shortly after reading the letter, a weak meow will be heard on the other side of the room.
Find the Source of the Cat Cries
To find the source of the cat cries, head to the nearby painting and shake it hard. You will need to do this twice before the picture frame falls and reveals a passageway.
Head inside the passageway to find a cat. As soon as you drop down, the entrance's doors will close behind you.
Find a Way Out of the Room
After interacting with the cat, you will need to find a way out of the room. To do this, investigate a nearby message board to view an unnamed potion formula.
This will prompt you to complete the experiment first before you can leave.
How to Complete the Experiment

| 3 |  Let the cutscene play. It will mix items as the formula intended. Once placed on the scale, the pointer will fall off. |
Finishing the cutscene will give you the key and allow you to leave the room!
Try Opening the Door in Front of the Staircase
You will run into Vsevolod behind the gate. To try opening the door in front of the staircase, feed the cat by placing cat food in the food bowl.
Doing so will make the cat drop a potion bottle from the table, making Vsevolod rush in. The door will be opened, and you can now head inside!
Go to the Second Floor and Search
With the door open, you can now go to the second floor and search. Head up the stairs until you hear a familiar female voice, then a cutscene will begin!
A flashback to Aksinya's conversation with the Eye of Graeae will be revealed, then you will recover your senses and be found back in the train again.
Head to the Snow-Covered Palace
A worried Paimon and Goggles ask you what happened. The Traveler will explain his short experience, then arrive at the vehicle's destination.
Head to the snow-covered palace and run up a few flights of stairs to complete this quest!
