How to Unlock House of the Soulless
Complete the Through the Gates of Ivory Quest
To unlock The House of the Soulless, you must have completed the first subquest of Hesperides of Love and Hate, Through the Gates of Ivory!

House of the Soulless Walkthrough
Go to the marked location
Head back to the Entrance Hall and from the Teleport Waypoint, take the stairs up to the left. It should be the first room you see near where the Cryoculus is.
Talk to the Snegovik standing guard
After getting into the room, talk to the Snegovik only to be turned away. After talking to him, head up the flight of stairs behind you.
Look for another way to enter the room
From the flight of stairs, turn right from the elevator and keep going forward until you see a ledge overlooking a balcony with a Cryoculus on it. Jump onto the balcony to proceed.
Investigate the room
From the balcony, head inside the room and there will be multiple items to investigate. Interact with the cat on the bed who will lead you to a vase which is used to unlock the next room.
Solve the puzzle in the secret room
To solve the puzzle in the secret room, you need to use the Prime Ice Sculpture to fill in the shadows marked on the wall. You'll notice that correctly placed statues will have yellow outlines on their shadows, and red when placed incorrectly.
How to Solve the Puzzle in the Secret Room

| 3 |  Place a Doll-holding statue on the northwestern corner of the board. |

|
| 5 |  After placing the two, a secret door will open. Grab the chest and the Sword-holding statue Blueprint in the room. |

| 6 |  Place a Sword-holding statue on the southeastern corner of the board. |

Check out the secret cellar and Recover the fragment
Upon completing the puzzle, head down and you will find the Severed Fragment of Ikhor, along with a few Lumifluorite and a chest along the way. Nab what you want and the quest will end upon getting the doll.
Cryoculus 87, 88 and 89 Locations
After unlocking the House of Hesperides, you can explore inside the hall to get Cryoculus 87, 88 and 89.

House of the Soulless is a subquest of the quest, Hesperides of Love and Hate, which is one of the quests where you can obtain a fragment of the Eye of Graeae's power.
House of the Soulless is the third part of the Hesperides of Love and Hate world quest chain. This quest is required to progress the Procrustes' Iron Bed quest.
