A Sprout Without a Gardener is located in the Flamefeather Valley, in an area directly southwest of Morepesok on the map. You can also take the train and head to Morepesok Station to get closer to the quest location.
How to Unlock A Sprout Without a Gardener
Progress Everwinter Without Mercy
To unlock A Sprout Without a Gardener, players must first complete Gunfire in the Silent Lands, which is part of the Chapter 7 Act 1 Archon Quest called Everwinter Without Mercy.
Once Gunfire in the Silent Lands is completed, players can head to Flamefeather Valley to find the In the Dwelling of Life quest.

A Sprout Without a Gardener Quest Walkthrough
Defeat the Gang's Volkodlak
To start the quest, head to Flamefeather Valley, directly southwest of where Morepesok is on the map. You'll find a gang of Volkodlak in the area; approaching them will trigger dialogue that ends in a fight. Defeat them to proceed with the quest.
Head to Location Near Where the Stash is
Defeating The Anvil and his gang will cause him to reveal that he was trying to protect loot that was discovered in a nearby tunnel. Head further west to find the tunnel and continue advancing the quest.
Cryoculus 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29 Locations
After reaching the train wreck site, you can explore around Flamefeather Valley to get Cryoculus 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29.

Clear the Obstacle Blocking the Tunnel Entrance
Once you arrive, you'll find the tunnel entrance caved in with boulders, as well as a minecart attached to a Prime Ice Grappling Gun. Use Fab-Vision to remove the construct, which will cause the cart to roll into the boulders and blow them up.
Enter the Abandoned Tunnel
After destroying the blockage, proceed into the tunnel. You will eventually reach a section piled high with crates and scaffolding, as well as a metal wall that cannot be destroyed at the moment.
Explore the Space Holding the Stash Inside the Tunnel
Turn your attention away from the wall, and focus on the crate with a Prime Ice Hook on its side. You can destroy this crate by creating a Prime Ice Grappling Gun that will pull on the hook.
Check on the Strange Little Girl
You will be able to check a small area behind the crate once it breaks. Head inside and go to the very end to find a small girl, which will trigger a cutscene.
Open Up the Path to Okurov
After the cutscene, Nastya will place a new hook on the previously impassable metal wall. Place down another Prime Ice Grappling Gun to break the wall and unblock the way forward.
Head to Okurov with Nastya
Once you break the wall, proceed to follow the linear path down, passing through another broken train on your way through. You will eventually reach Okurov, a large, forest-like area which Nastya calls home.

I have the dumbest problem- I think I removed the prime ice hook from the crate with the little girl in it before I realized I need it. There is no hook and I don't know where to learn how to make one, so I'm stuck on this quest. Anyone know how to learn how to replace a hook?
