Who is Noy?

Likely A Fae Character in Snezhnaya

Genshin - Noy Teaser
Noy was first shown in the Transcendence Teaser trailer for Snezhnaya. He mentions that 'compared to the eons gone by... this is a peaceful age' in regards to the plot happening in Snezhnaya.

This line, along with his fae-like ears similar to Linnea's, implies that Noy is also a fae and much older than he seems.

Noy was featured in the Transcendence Trailer - “Sudden Snow” video along with several other characters.

HE WILL COME HOME!! C6 NOY R1!!

2 Anonymous Anonymous 2 months

I can't help but get dragon vibes from Noy. I wonder if he is the Cryo Dragon's reincarnation or something. Also I always wondered why so much Black and Red color palette with the Fatui and not more White and Blue, since they come from the Cryo Nation. With the Tsaritsa we now get to see embodying a more common Ice color palette of White and Blue. I wonder if this mysterious old feeling Noy being could be the source of the Fatui's Black and Red color palette.
