Baizhu's Best-in-Slot
Combined with Baizhu's kit as a healer that also deals off-field damage, the Jadefall's Splendor is without a doubt his best weapon. The Energy recharge it provides is also a huge benefit for lowering his Energy Recharge requirements.
Great for Support Kokomi
The Jadefall's Splendor is also a great weapon for a support Kokomi. The Energy it provides is especially useful for her her Elemental Burst since activating it refreshes her Elemental Skill duration.
However, this weapon does not beat the Everlasting Moonglow's damage output if Kokomi is primarily played as an on-field or Main DPS.
