There will be dungeons in the game that you can only visit once during the story and can never return to. Consequently, all treasure chests inside these dungeons will become permanently inaccessible once you finish the dungeon.
One example of a dungeon you can never return to is Grandshelt Castle during Chapter 1.
In Chapter 1 of the Final Fantasy Resonance demo, you can find several treasure chests, including one in a hidden room in Grandshelt Castle. After defeating the Hell's Rider, you can find the Black Garb treasure chest by going to the knight statue and passing through the hidden wall nearby.
By examining a glowing pot in dungeons such as the Siren's Tower, you can battle a Citrine Pot. If you give it an Ether when it asks for one, you can earn many Mastery Rank Points and raise your Vision rank.
Since Citrine Pots only appear once in certain areas, switch to a low-level Vision you want to level up for your character.

When you reach the halfway point of the Siren's Tower, there will be a single chest at the center containing the Genji Gloves. However, Gilgamesh will appear and battle you to steal back the strong item you just obtained.
You cannot defeat him, and he will steal back the gloves before escaping. It is highly possible that you'll meet Gilgamesh again when you try to open chests and take items related to him, so make sure to open every chest you encounter in dungeons to trigger his events.
How to Beat Gilgamesh and Weaknesses

There are some story choices that permanently increase your character's stats. The choices you make are final and cannot be undone unless you load a save file created before the event.

Abilities equipped by leveling up your Vision can be changed at any time and replaced with other abilities your character currently has. Equip abilities that suit the role you want your character to play.
Best Skills and Abilities to Equip

You can change the difficulty at any time in the settings menu. If you chose Casual mode initially but find the gameplay too easy, you can switch to a higher difficulty to get the challenge you want.
Difficulty Guide: How to Change Difficulty

The dialogue choices you pick when obtaining a Vision in a Sanctum won't matter, as they have no effect on the story or gameplay whatsoever.
Just pick the answers you prefer to give to the Will of Light's questions to obtain the Vision.
