Travel to the ocean south of the Kingdom of Pharm in between the southern tip of the main island and the two islets on the east side and scan the surroundings to find Mysidia. Lid will tell you if you are going to the right direction if she says "Got something! It's still far, though."

When you are close to Mysidia's location, Lid's dialogue will change to include one of the four cardinal directions, such as "The radar just did a backflip! It's to the west!" or "We're close! Maybe a bit to the north!"

Follow the directions and once you use the radar on the exact location, a cutscene will play showing Mysidia appearing from its camouflage and will be teleported directly to the region.
