Read the Note on the Wired Fence
Pull the Lever Puzzle Hint
The puzzle starts on the note attached to the wired fence. The note serves as a hint for the player on which of the levers to pull.

Look at the Numbers on the Floor
Number on the Floor As stated on the note, add up the numbers written on the floor of the Shipyard. Look around the area to find 3 numbers: 5, 8, and 3.

Pull the Lever Labeled "16"
Pull the lever labeled 16
Adding up 5, 8 and 3 is equal to 16. Pull the lever labeled "16" to finish the puzzle.

Lever Puzzle Rewards

The Elevator Will Be Operational Again

Elevator back online

Solving the puzzle successfully will cause the initially powered off elevator to be operational again, allowing the player to proceed with the quest objective.
