How to Get Siren
Clear Siren's Tower in Chapter 1
Progress through the main story until you reach Siren's Tower in Chapter 1. Make your way to the top of the tower and defeat Siren in the boss battle to unlock her as your first Esper.
Siren is weak to Lightning, so bring Lightning-based abilities to build up her Stagger Gauge more efficiently.

Lunatic Voice is Siren's ultimate attack, performed on her third turn before she leaves the battlefield. It targets all enemies and has a chance to inflict Sleep and Silence, making it useful for disabling multiple opponents at once.
