How to Beat Marauder
Lower the Boss' Physical Damage
Marauder is mainly a physical attacker, making skills like Protect and Debraver extremely useful. Do note, however, that these spells can easily eat up your MP, especially if you're spamming Protectga, so make sure to monitor your skill usage and avoid getting low on MP.
Use Siren to Target its Wind Weakness
Unless you've moved on to Chapter 2 and obtained Zidane, you won't have anyone who can exploit the boss' Wind weakness. However, you should be able to summon and use Siren, whose final attack Lunatic Voice, does a ton of Wind damage to the boss.
Just make sure you're monitoring Fina's MP, or have someone else take over supporting duties, since constantly summoning Siren will drain her MP quickly.
