You can consume dishes with egg-hunting benefits like Paint Sauce Noodles, which increases the rate of spawning Retreat Dens. Meanwhile, the Firecracker Grill can raise the chances of strange phenomena inside the dens such as the lairs having two gathering spots, allowing you to collect two extra eggs.
When you want to increase den appearances in the field, you can consume the Grapeberry Pie. These dishes can be cooked at the Ranger Mess in any campsite!

You can use the Catavan Stands to enter and exit certain places in a region to refresh the dens in the area. For example, you can move between Ashen Pass and Sunpetal Plains to reset the dens!
