It also boosts her Skill DMG immensely. She can easily activate the effect since her main team is with Archer. |
Flickering Stars is great for Erudition characters who use crit stats and use their Skill to mainly deal damage.
Is Flickering Stars Worth It?
Rin Tohsaka's Signature Light Cone
Flickering Stars gives Rin CRIT rate and allows her to give allies DEF ignore through the Radiant Crown effect. It also boosts Rin's Skill DMG while the effect is up.
If you're pairing Rin up with Archer, then this is a good investment. If you're using Rin as a solo DPS, then she has other Light Cone options like Into the Unreachable Veil and Geniuses' Repose.
Should You Get It?
Flickering Stars is a great Light Cone to pull for if you're planning to use it on an Erudition character that is in a team with an SP-hungry DPS, like Archer or Qingque. To activate the effect, an ally must consume 4 or more SP in the same turn. This makes the Light Cone pretty niche since the requirement is pretty stiff.
If the character you're planning to use it on is not paired up with a DPS character that can use four or more SP in a single turn, then other Light Cones are better for them.
