Is Evanescia Worth Pulling?
Evanescia is a DPS worth pulling especially if you have the right collection. She shines extremely well with other Elation supports like Elation Trailblazer and Yao Guang. Evanescia requires a lot of energy for her Ultimate, so units like Sunday and especially Huohuo are much needed.
Granted, pulling for Evanescia is optional if you have other Physical DPS units like Phainon, or an Elation DPS like Silver Wolf Lv.999.
Should You Pull for Evanescia's Light Cone?
Evanescia's Light Cone, Until the Flowers Bloom Again, gives her the necessary CRIT DMG stat and more Energy Regen for her Ultimate. This provides a significant damage increase and a quality-of-life change to Evanescia's gameplay.
Until the Flowers Bloom Again is a must-pull if you're planning to get Evanescia. If you plan on saving for future banners, you can make do with the free-to-play options such as Tomorrow, Together or Mushy Shroomy's Adventures.

Evanescia wants CRIT DMG since her Talent helps her gain Elation equal to a portion of that stat. Since Evanescia's Ultimate has a high energy cost, using an Energy Regen rope is recommended.
Evanescia's best Relic set is the Ever-Glorious Magical Girl for the CRIT DMG, and DEF Ignore for the Elation DMG. Punklorde Stage Zero is Evanescia's best Ornament since it increases CRIT DMG and Elation.

For Evanescia's CRIT stats, you can prioritize getting at least 200% CRIT DMG or above to get as much Elation from her Talent.
It will be easy to build Evanescia's CRIT Rate since she can get it from Trace Nodes and the Watch All Revels Bonus Ability, but do try to get as close to 100% CRIT Rate for consistent crits. Any SPD Breakpoint around 134 or above will do for Evanescia's SPD.

For other F2P options, Asta can be used here for the SPD and ATK buff. Permansor Terrae will be the team's shielder and can give Evanescia an extra summon for extra damage.

Yao Guang is one of the best premium Supports for Evanescia since she can increase Elation and provide All-Type RES PEN. Pearl is the best sustain character for this team because of her buffs for Elation, along with an extra turn for her Ultimate's target.

Anonymous 5 monthsi would say, not better, but much easier to use! kinda feels like 2.x. acheron was absolutly powerful, and still is. but was hard to use (team and eidolons). firefly only needed the mc and was (mostly) good to go! the same happens now with silver 999 and eva! the first is somewhat hard to use (team,lc,eidolons), the second is a f2p-friendly "monster" who only needs the mc to get going! only my thoughts.
