Is Sparxie Worth Pulling?
Sparxie's pull value gets higher if you have Yao Guang and especially Sparkle in your collection.
If you don't plan on getting Yao Guang, Sparxie is still a great character to pull for since there are other viable alternatives such as Tribbie, Cipher, or even the Remembrance Trailblazer.
Should You Pull for Sparxie's Light Cone?
Sparxie's Light Cone, Dazzled by a Flowery World, provides the wearer a CRIT DMG boost and extra Skill Point caps. This also increases the party's Elation when the wearer uses more than three Skill Points.
While Sparxie's Light Cone is a nice quality of life upgrade, you can opt to use Today's Good Luck or Mushy Shroomy’s Adventures.

As an Elation DPS, Sparxie's best Relic set is the Ever-Glorious Magical Girl for the CRIT DMG and Elation DMG. Sparxie's Planar Ornament is the Tengoku Livestream since she will be consuming more than three Skill Points in one turn for the CRIT DMG.
Sparxie wants ATK stats to increase her Elation. Sparxie also wants an Energy Regen rope for sooner Ultimate access and more Punchline generation. If Sparxie is used alongside Silver Wolf Lv.999, use SPD Boots so that she can have her turn before Aha's Instant.
Prioritize CRIT Rate stats over CRIT DMG since Sparxie can get a lot of CRIT DMG from her best allies and her Frenzy! Palette of Truth and Lies Bonus Ability.

Sparxie needs at least 3600 ATK to gain the maximum Elation Boost from her Sweet! Punchline Signing Bonus Ability. For Sparxie's other stats, get as close to 100% CRIT Rate as you can since Sparxie can only hit enemies once.
Sparxie gets a lot of CRIT DMG from her Traces, but try to get around 150% CRIT DMG or above for optimal damage.
Sparxie doesn't need to use any SPD stats if she's the Main DPS. If paired with Silver Wolf Lv.999, Sparxie should have at least 134+ SPD to generate Punchlines before Aha's Instant. Any SPD above 134 should be fine, as long as you keep the Speed Breakpoints in mind.

Sparxie is best used in a team with other Elation units since her Bonus Ability generates more Punchlines with them. Silver Wolf Lv.999 is best paired with Sparxie since she can help build up Hidden MMR points for the latter to use her Ultimate.
Yao Guang is here to increase the party's Elation DMG and trigger Elation Skills with her Ultimate. Pearl is the sustain character for this team due to her buffs for Elation, along with her sustain and turn advance.

Skill Enhances Basic Attack
Sparxie's Skill will activate her Enhanced Basic Attack DMG. Every use of Sparxie's Skill will produce Punchlines, which can be used by Elation characters to deal Elation DMG.
Elation Skill Deals Bounce Damage
During Aha's Instant, Sparxie will deal massive damage and also deal additional Bounce DMG to enemies.
Ultimate Deals Damage and Produces Punchlines
Sparxie's Ultimate will deal damage to enemies and produce Punchlines.
Talent Provides Additional Damage
While in the Certified Banger state provided by Aha's Instant, Sparxie's Skill and Ultimate can deal additional Elation DMG.
Technique Blocks Enemies
