Silver Wolf Lv.999 does great against this boss with her attacks that can hit multiple enemies. Sparxie deals good damage of her own while providing Punchline for Silver Wolf Lv.999's Hidden MMR.
Yao Guang buffs the team's RES PEN and also provides Punchline for Silver Wolf's Hidden MMR. Huohuo buffs the team's ATK and restores Energy for both Sparxie and Yao Guang, allowing them to get their Ults faster and give Silver Wolf even more Punchline.

How to Beat Paramount Bliss Inverted - Illwish Archlotus
Attack Enemies To Reduce Happiness Stacks
Illwish Archlotus applies Happiness to your characters, turning them into Happiness Puppets if they reach max stacks. To reduce it, you must attack or defeat enemies. The Illwish Archlotus summons Illwish Lotuses when a character gets a Happiness stack, and you can defeat them to reduce the stacks.
Your team also gains Punchline whenever an Illwish Lotus is taken out. It will also prevent the Illwish Archlotus from draining your character's HP and healing itself.
Take Out Lotuses To Trigger Laughter's End
Once enough Illwish Lotuses are defeated, Laughter's End will trigger and increase the DMG taken by all enemies. It will also prevent Euphoric Embrace in phase two, which is an attack that deals massive Lightning DMG.
