The Blood of Dawnwalker Overview
The Blood of Dawnwalker is an upcoming dark fantasy action role-playing game developed by Rebel Wolves and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. It is the first chapter in a new saga from Rebel Wolves, a studio founded by former CD Projekt Red game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz.
Set in a reimagined 14th-century Europe, the game unfolds in the fictional kingdom of Vale Sangora, nestled within the Carpathian Mountains. Here, vampires have emerged from the shadows to overthrow feudal lords and establish their dominance during a period when humanity is weakened due to wars and the Black Death.
As Coen, a Dawnwalker—a being straddling the line between human and vampire, day and night, players are granted 30 days and nights to either rescue his family or seek vengeance against his creator. The game gives players the freedom to approach missions without a clear division between main and side quests. Coen’s dual nature as a Dawnwalker means that his abilities and the narrative outcomes vary depending on the time of day.
