Terrinoth: Heroes of Descent Overview
Terrinoth: Heroes of Descent is a co-op tactical RPG developed by Artefacts Studio and published by New Tales. It is the first digital video game adaptation of the Descent Board game franchise.
The game is a standalone prequel to Descent: Legends of the Dark and follows a company of adventures as they battle an occult master to prevent an ancient relic from plunging the realm into darkness. Players engage in turn-based combat, where positioning, environmental advantages, and character specific "Synergy" attacks must be utilized to overcome enemies across 20 dungeons. Designed with both solo and co-op play in mind, the campaign is structured into four chapters with self-contained, "one-night" missions.
