Petit Planet Release Date and Time
Coming Winter 2026
Petit Planet is set to release in Winter 2026, HoYoverse confirmed in a special video published ahead of gamescom 2026's Opening Night Live. An exact release date hasn't been announced yet, only the season. The game will be available for both PC, iOS, and Android devices. Winter 2026 Release Window Confirmed Ahead of Gamescom
Petit Planet's official X account confirmed the game's Winter 2026 launch window on August 25, alongside HoYoverse's Opening Night Live presentation. Pre-registration has also expanded to Petit Planet's Google Play and Apple App Store listings, in addition to the existing sign-up option through the official HoYoverse account website. HoYoverse also confirmed one more closed beta test is planned before launch, though its dates haven't been announced. Players attending gamescom 2026 in Cologne can also try a hands-on PC demo at Petit Planet's dedicated booth from August 26 to 30.
Stardrift Test Closed Beta Begins April 21
Petit Planet is hosting another Closed Beta Test called the Stardrift Test, with signups open now from April 2, 2026. The testing phase starts on April 21, with the end date yet to be announced.
Closed Coziness Test Went Live from November 7 to December 1, 2025
The first batch of testers has received access to Petit Planet's closed 'Coziness Test'. The test ran from November 7, 2025, to December 1, 2025.
