Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 is the second installment in Konami's definitive master collection of the iconic stealth action franchise, set to be released for Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. It includes two main titles: Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker (HD Collection version), and a Screenplay Book and Master Book of lore for each. The collection also features an additional title: METAL GEAR Ghost Babel, the series' first title for handheld consoles released in 2000, and the Metal Gear Solid: Digital Soundtrack Vol. 2.
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots is the fourth entry in the Metal Gear Solid series, which follows Solid Snake on his final mission to stop the main antagonist, Liquid Ocelot from leading an uprising. Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is the fifth installment in the Metal Gear Solid series and sees protagonist Solid Snake as he runs a mercenary unit in 1974 Costa Rica.
