Halloween: The Game Overview
Halloween: The Game is a horror survival game developed by IllFonic and co-published by Gun Interactive, built on Unreal Engine 5. Terrorize the small town of Haddonfield as the notorious killer, Michael Myers. Use his special skills, including the Shape Jump, a burst of invisible speed, to quickly and quietly traverse the town, looking for fresh new victims to kill. With gruesome kill animations, the player will be able to scare their victims easily.
Another way of playing the game is through the civilians, working together across the game's four launch maps to gather NPC residents, secure an escape route, and call the police for help, all while a stalking meter rewards patience over simply rushing to survive. Players who are killed aren't fully out of the round either, with Death QTEs letting eliminated survivors stay involved until the match ends. The game also includes a short single-player campaign told from Michael's perspective, running a few hours and serving largely as a tutorial for his moveset.
