Goddess of Victory: NIKKE Overview
Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is a third-person sci-fi shooter action RPG set in a post-apocalyptic future in a world ravaged by extraterrestrial creatures called Raptures. The surface of the planet was ruined, forcing humanity to flee underground. Players take on the role of a Commander who oversees a squad of Nikkes, or artificial feminine cyborg warriors, and are tasked with clearing Raptures and hopefully finding a way back to the surface.
In combat, players control one of five characters (Nikkes) in their squad and aim at enemies with the Nikke’s unique firearm. Each Nikke is ruled by one of five elements and has three skills each. A stage is cleared once the boss is defeated, allowing for progression to the next stage.
As a gacha game, new Nikkes are obtained through pulling on banners with in-game currency. These characters can also be freely upgraded to deal more damage, such as increasing their levels, enhancing their skills, or equipping them with better armor.
