Gears of War: E-Day Overview
Gears of War: E-Day is a third-person, action-adventure co-op shooter by The Coalition and Xbox Game Studios, releasing for Xbox Series X|S and PC. This is the sixth mainline installment in the Gears of War series and is set fourteen years before the original game.
Serving as an origin story, the game follows Marcus Fenix and Dominic Santiago as boots on the ground during Emergence Day, the Locust Horde's first planet-wide assault on humanity. E-Day was built with Unreal Engine 5 and is playable solo or with a team of four or twelve via various online co-op modes.
