FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves is a 2D fighting game developed and published by SNK. The game is also part of the historic Fatal Fury franchise, one of the most popular franchises during the arcade boom in the 90s.
Serving as the sequel to SNK’s Garou: Mark of the Wolves back in 1999, FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves marks the franchise’s return after 26 long years. One of the directors of the title, Yasuyuki Oda, confirmed that despite the game being the ninth game in the mainline series, it is the seventh canonical continuation of the story.

Blue Mary, Fatal Fury's resident Commando Sambo expert and Terry Bogard's love interest, has been released as part of Season Pass 2. A tie-in song performed by Blue Mary's voice actress Allegra Clark was added to the game alongside this.
