Codename: Cedar follows a conflict between rival factions that begins after Earth's colonization of the planet Nox. Players take on the role of a commander, leading operatives and armored units while investigating the origins of the mysterious EGO energy.
The game features real-time tactical combat focused on tactical deployment, infantry and vehicle coordination, bombardment skills, and terrain advantages. Operatives and vehicle units can be obtained through the game's gacha system.
