Is Summer Rides the Surf Worth It?
Aventurine - Waveflair's Signature Light Cone
Summer Rides the Surf gives Aventurine - Waveflair a lot of CRIT Rate and access to the Updraft effect, which boosts his SPD. Since he has two forms of Elation Skills, he can also easily utilize the Uptrend effect, which boosts his Elation DMG.
The SPD boost alone can increase his DMG by a lot thanks to his SPD conversion, and the CRIT Rate buff makes him easier to build.
Should You Get It?
Summer Rides the Surf is great for DPS Elation characters who scale with SPD and have two forms of Elation Skill to fully utilize the Light Cone's buffs. If the character doesn't scale with SPD or only has one Elation Skill, then other Elation Light Cones would be a better fit for them.
