Honkai Star Rail - Concordant TruceConcordant Truce Decreases enemy targets' Effect RES by 30%. Increases DMG taken by enemy targets afflicted with 4 or more debuffs by 20%.
Honkai Star Rail - Surging GritSurging Grit Upon entering "Surging Grit," deals a set amount of DMG to enemy targets 1 time for every debuff they are inflicted with.
