Use Fire and Quantum Characters in the First Half
Enemies in the first half are weak to Fire and Quantum. We recommend bringing characters that can deal AoE damage against SparxiConOfficial.
Use Physical and Ice Characters in the Second Half
Enemies in the second half are mostly weak to Physical and Ice. We recommend bringing characters that can deal AoE damage against Lygus.
Use Fire Characters
For the Starward Mode fight, we recommend using Fire characters that can deal AoE damage against Graphia and her summons.
How to Beat Stage 12 - Crossing the Afterlife
Crossing the Afterlife First Half
Send Your Main DPS to the Sub-Field
When you have to select a character to go to the sub-field, select your Main DPS, since it's important to defeat the enemies there as soon as possible.
The rest of your party should attack the Output Ports in the prime-field to provide buffs to the Main DPS and debuffs to the sub-field enemies.
Crossing the Afterlife Second Half
Avoid Using Ultimates in the Antimony State
Lygus can put your characters into an Antinomy State. This will instantly activate the affected character's Ultimate, but using it will have them receive a lot of damage.
With that in mind, avoid using your Ultimates unless necessary or if Lygus can be defeated with it.
How to Beat Starward Mode - Crossing the Afterlife
Choose To Extinguish or Endure Flames
Murata Graphia - Founding Artist can inflict Grudge Ablaze to your characters with her Infernal Gory attack. This debuff allows you to choose whether to Extinguish or Endure Flames during their turn. Endure Flames will skip the character's turn and recover SP. It'll also reduce the damage they take.
Extinguish Flames will consume SP and have a chance to remove Grudge Ablaze. If it succeeds, the character gets healed, and the debuff gets removed. If it fails, the character takes damage and can choose again. If your team has a lot of SP to work with, choosing Extinguish Flames can be a better option. If you're lacking SP, you should just choose Endure Flames instead to get some SP back at the cost of the character's turn.
